It's location near the ruins and the basic but satisfactory accommodation facilities. Car Park facilities most commendable.

Had difficulty getting there by car, due to the GPS system not registering that there was a one-way road into the hotel.

A good location very close to the Pompeii ruins, the train station, restaurants and meeting point for atrip to Mt Vesuvius. The air conditioning was a welcome relief after a hot day and the breakfast was superb. A good place to start before venturing down to Sorrento.

    Nothing negative

the location was very close to the ruins, staff very friendly and even let us use the pool next door. manager also allowed us to store our things after check out, to see the ruins. Breakfast was much more than continental.

Bed was very hard, door to bathroom had a vent in it that kept falling out, small for the amount of people they allow in the room but it was ok for us,a one family situation, not ideal for multiple couples.

Proximity to Pompeii, friendly staff, secure parking, nice finish and fittings

noise from level crossing until 11pm, starting again early in the morning (not good for small kids sleeping), air conditioning locked out so could not adjust

Great base for seeing Vesuvius and Pompeii. Near Metro where you can get bus trip up the volcano, few minutes walk from main Pompeii gate. Breakfast included hot pastries.

Although there was a kitchenette in the room they wanted to charge €7 extra for using it and the restaurants and supermarket were 10 to 15 minutes walk away.

Scrupulously clean, comfortable beds, friendly helpful staff, great breakfast

Noise from the train line, heater didn't work, and not enough blankets.

The hotel is well furnished and really close to Pompei ruins and to the Circumvesuviana railway station - nearly 8 minutes walk. We stayed in a 4 beds room, it was quite confortalble and spacious. Although not mentioned in the description page, there is a large wooded parking just behind the hotel.

The reception closes at 17:00. Breakfast was good but quite poor (it's ok for Italian people, but probably not enought for German/English people) It's not a 4 stars hotel, but it's good if you have just to spend a couple of nights in Pompei.

Close to the sites we wanted to visit. Walking distance to tour site and train station as well as restaurants.

Not easy to find. Ended up in the "bad part" of town, or so we were told... Once we found our way...and went the wrong way up a one way street due to our exhaustion from trying to find the right way....all was good. Wifi did not work in the rooms...had to sit on balcony...or better yet downstairs near the reception area.

    Location was convenient to ruins.

Room was too small to accomodate 5 people. We had to step over furniture (extra bed) to get to bathroom and move table against wall and not use chairs as space was too tight.

    Errr...the breakfast was okay

Advertising WiFi as a facility, there is an access point but it doesn't work properly. The kitchenette was terrible as was so dark you couldn't see what you were cooking. Parking was not secure. Not worth 100 euros.

Clean apartment in good location, free parking, good price, excellent for 2-3 nights but better to use train than car to go to Napoli or Sorrento

    - No Internet in the room (but was in the terrace) - surroundings: location is quite good (close to the Pompei and train station) but city and closest streets are not pleasant - breakfast below average (e.g. almost no fruits and no vegetables)

The room is quite large and staff is helpful. There are also enough choices for breakfast but not too many.

There's a 15-minute walk to Pompei Ruins, train statioin and the nearest snack bars. Nearby there isn't a proper restaraunt. Train noise before midnight, and the wifi signal is too weak in some rooms

Easy walk to the archeological ruins of Pompei

Please add a driving map to the listing. There were absolutely no directions available to drive to the hotel and the street address listed on Booking.com did not get us there using our gps. The street address listed was not even helpful to a businesswoman who worked down the street from the hotel. Luckily she used the phone number to help us locate the hotel and instructed us to drive the wrong way on the one way street to get there. We eventually figured out how to drive in from another street.

Location within 10 minute walk of the front gate of Pompeii. As a family of 6 that was great as one parent was able to stay and explore more while the other took the kids back to the hotel when they got tired. Good value for the money as we all fit in 1 room (they let our 3 year old stay for free as there are really only 5 beds but he slept on the floor with blankets we had). DIRECTIONS: The hotel is just before the train tracks on a one way street so don't go over the tracks or you will have to do a large loop to get back to the hotel.

The customer service of the afternoon and evening staff was ambivalent at best. The morning staff was great though. If you are a light sleeper, the train tracks are right by the hotel with trains running until late at night and again early in the morning.

It was good value for the price. Staff were friendly. It was near Pompei, Herculaneum, and Vesuvius. Supermarket near by 20 minute walk.

The beds were a little hard. It is right next to the level crossing to the overground local railway, although the trains stop at 12 and start at 7. There is only one restaurant open at night for dinner as the at the location people just visit for the day, although the restaurant did cater for a gluten free diet.
