The price for Venice is very good.

The hotel is in Lido, that is so far of railway.

Cramped room, indifferent staff, tired accommodation. I thought the charge to use the in-room fridge insulting

The design in the old style and location closed to the bus station was good.

All the rooms was small and cold in the room in the first 2 days. A big window where the wind could come yeasly. We had ants in the bathroom and not just 3 or 4. was many enough. The breakfast was poor. We had to ask for hot water for a tea. The internet never work in all 5 days during our stay. Anyway very expensive in italy to have internet. 3 euro per hour or 10 euro for 12 hours.

I always stay on the Lido instead of Venice proper since the value is so much better. This was my first stay at the Edera, but I would definetely go back. The location was perfect, on a side street, only a few blocks from the Vaporetto stop. It is an excellent value. Breakfast was simple but good and plentiful. The staff were excellent, some of the best I met on our recent trip. The kept a bag for us while we were on a cruise, saving us at least $8/day. Our room was comfortable and clean and the bath was better than you generally find in Venice.

Only that they charge for wifi, but I found that paying for 24 hours actually got me 24 hours of online time, and the service was much better than most.

Room decor was very "tired" , chewing gum stuck on the mirror, fittings falling off the wall, there was no heat in the room and it was very cold in the evening. Would definately not recommend this hotel.

Not much,the price met our budget but in hindsight there on par hotels on lido with better facilities, receptionist was moody, unfriendly, no help, no coffee tea viable, expensive wi fi rather stay some here else

Nothing of note to mention, sleep and move

Easy walk from the waporetta, located in quiet neighborhood 2 blocks from a great selection of restaurants, local bus for exploring the countryside, really a nice spot on Lido. Great breakfast buffet, good Italien decor, very clean, friendly and helpful staff.

Bit expensive at over €100 a night for a 3 star hotel

Staff were very helpful. Nice location, quiet but close to the waterbus.

Everything was great. The first morning we had to wait for plates and such at the breakfast bar, but everything else was great. We had our own balcony with a bistro set which was nice. The gentleman who was working the 3 -11 shift could not do enough for us.

The woman working the am shift was rude and abrupt. I avoided her at all times.

Staff were friendly and helpful, room was nice and clean, location was good.

It was very convienent for transport in to venice and for shops and eating out for the evening.

Could have been more selection for breakfast.

Very handy for waterbus for Venice and airport. Nice cool sheltered balcony area for sitting out on. Lots of clean fresh towels every day.

Fairly basic but comfortable and good base to go out from.

Great location in a quiet area, but still near to the beach, to the vaporetto station and to the center of Venice. Friendly staff. Comfortable room with balcony. We really enjoyed our sunny stay at Villa Edera and in Venice.

Only a minor point, the decor was a bit dated, our room was like something out of the Sound of music.

Within good walking distance to restaurants, bar and beach front.

Very quite room, nice people, very close to the vaporetto. Beach is also not far (10 min walking).

exellent location - 3 min to vaporetto stop, just 15 min by vaporetto to San Marco, 10 min walk to the beach, 2 min to the main street of Lido (shopping, restorants, supermarket). Beautiful and peaceful Lido, nice to come back after a day spent in Venice full of tourists. Good breakfast - ham, sheese, bread, fruits, very good coffee. Nice and helpful staff. Overall - exeeded our expectations.

We had 2 single rooms (one with wooden floor and another one with a carpet - both floors were dirty, looked like not cleaned at least a week). Dust very well seen on TV, mirror frames and furniture. Not a big problem, of course, but... Another thing is a supermarket just opposite the street - at 6.30 a.m. they start loading/unloading works - and you hear it even through the closed windows...

Nós ficamos 2 dias em Veneza. Hotel limpo, cama boa, fácil acesso tomando um barco da estação de trem. Região limpa e segura para andar em todos os horários.

O café da manhã não tem frutas e a Internet é paga, mas há uma hora de cortesia.

Personnel gentil

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, le personnel de la réception aurait pu nous demander si nous voulions une chambre avec vue et baignoire ou pas... Donc ils ont décidé de nous donner une petite chambre sans vue ni balcon et il y en avait d'autres libres plus grandes, avec balcon. Donc chambre trop petite. La recommandation du personnel de la réception pour un restaurant le soir était très mauvaise, le restaurant était cher et fort peu sympathiqueet pas bon. Nous avons trouvé de bien meilleurs restaurants tous seuls, donc, ne pas demander conseil de ce genre au personnel de la réception. (ça doit être du copinage..)
