Great location, quiet with helpful staff. The room was large and comfortable with air conditioning through the floor that was very efficient. We loved sitting in the garden with a glass of wine before dinner. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were also allowed to check in to our room early which was really useful. The hotel was very clean. It was a pleasant walk in to the centre, we preferred this as it was quiet at night and you could also park reasonably easily near the hotel for free. Breakfast was an extra ten Euros per person which was quite expensive. There is no restauerant or any other facilities at the hotel. |

Great location. Friendly staff who booked a restaurant for us, and provided a gift of wine on departure. Also, the maid did not rush us in the morning. If I was being critical I would say that the panoramic view from the room was over-stated and the room would have been more accurately marketed as a junior suite. |

This was a delightful hotel. We wish we had scheduled to stay additional nights. Everyone was so friendly and so helpful. The hotel was so clean and so nice, and it was just a short walk to everything. |

This is a very convenient hotel for visiting Siena. Our room was quite pleasant, very clean, with high ceilings and lots of light. We found street parking easily, right next to the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to my fiends visiting Siena in a heartbeat. |

The entire hotel was immaculate. The staff was extremely nice and also helpful with dinner and city suggestions. They tried to have us stay another night. Breakfast was delicious, and the garden and rooftop were gorgeous--great places to dine and have cocktails alone. |

Everything! Giorgia and her team were simply wonderful. Never a frown, always glad to be of service. We felt right away like we were part of the family. They truly went above and beyond wat is normally expected of a little hotel (they were able to score us ticket for the Uffizi in Florence, while it appeared to be sold out !!). During our stay, there was a problem with the air conditioning in our room. No problem: Giorgia arranged a mobile unit for us! Two little remarks: there is only a small garbage can in the bathroom, but this is quickly filled with a few soda cans. I recommend putting a second, larger one near the bed. Also, the breakfast, albeit delicious, could use some variation. Mark & Martin from Holland |

Good location. Very close to Siena. The room had a funny odour... we came to the conclusion that it was the food cooking below us and the smell was coming up into our room. |

I loved this hotel. It's a small boutique hotel in a delightful neighborhood. The quiet calm beautiful setting of Hotel Villa Elda makes it a perfect for any traveler. I could say hundreds of wonderful things about this hotel but I think you'll just have to try and see for yourself. Have fun. |

Friendliest and most helpful staff I can recall encountering. I have a celiac problem, which I had written them about worrying about breakfast; where most hotels would rely on the quite adequate buffet, they must have spent 10% of the room charge on special foods! It does not have an elevator and the shower is one of the very small ones. These must be the reasons for the three star rating, because in every other way it deserved at least one more. Hotel should be encouraged to provide specific instructions what parking area (Fortezza) to use. |

Georgia, the Inn Keeper was delightful. She made us feel welcome and provided excellent recommendations for dining in the area as well as help with travel arrangements and sight seeing. We had to leave the hotel very early in the morning - 5:30am to catch the train to Rome on our last day and she arranged for our taxi and provided us with a box breakfast to take with us. |

We had a beautiful view of Siena from our third floor room. The hotel is very nice, and the staff was extremely helpful. They even had their teenage son carry our luggage to our room. |
