Despite many bad reviews about the hotel I quite enjoyed my stay there. The lobby is lovely and the pool area is gorgeous. Reception and cleaning Staff were lovely and helpful and the breakfast was quite nice. We were quite put off by the men patrolling the breakfast area like the gestapo. I felt really uncomfortable as, if they felt you were not even picking up a slice of ham right they would immediately come over, scowl on face, and demonstrate how to do so! Also while the rooms were always clean they were definitely not of 4 star quality! |

Its location was perfect, close to the cable cars for a visit to the stores and restaurants in town, accessible to the beach and, most importantly, a pleasant environment with helpful staff, nice pool, great views from multiple terraces, spacious lobby area and good breakfast. Overall, it served our purposes well for an overnight stay and quick visit to Taormina prior to our flight from Catania. |

The hotel is basic + pool. It's at the bottom of Taormina but close to the cable car lift which is a 4 euro round trip. For the residents of the hotel the service is less; They have lovely pool side tables for serving breakfast but not for you rather only the "A La Carte" customers, but there weren't any. We had to sit inside dispite protest to the arogant manager on duty who told me to "be quiet!". He was the exception but none the less as a paying customer I don't think I was treated as king. |

Well placed for sight seeing and beach combined.. It is a 5 minute steep walk down steps to the beach which had jellyfish on it and in the sea on most days. The pool was not suitable for young children and there were no umberellas thand there was only shade in the afternoon . They gave us a cheaper room than I paid for, but then moved us to a better one. .. |

La vicinanza sia all'Isolabella che alla stazione della funivia per Taormina! Il parcheggio, 20 Euro a notte, mi sembra un pò altino, il condizionatore della ns camera è stato malfunzionante due notti su due. |

Su localizacion es muy buena, y muy facil de encontrar; no hace falta llevar el coche para poder visitar la ciudad de Taormina, ya que exste un funicular para poder ir del hotel a la ciudad. Eldesayuno erabastante completo, recomendamos la estancia en el Villa Esperia. Aparte muy buenas vistas de la costa siciliana. En el tiempo que estubimos en él, no encontramos ningun defecto que se pueda comentar. |

la gentilezza del personale e la grande comodità di essere vicina alla funivia per raggiungere il centro di Taormina. il costo al giorno del garage all'interno dell'albergo per chi alloggia nella struttura è caro. |

Non mi aspettavo di trovare tra gli hotel da voi proposti un albergo di cosi basso livello. Non merita neanche una stella . La mia camera si affacciava su un palazzo fatiscente , tra l'albergo e il suddetto palazzo vi è una sorta di discarica a cielo aperto che non ci saremmo aspettati di trovare in un hotel a 4 stelle . |

Ottimo Non abbiamo voluto imporre un valore molto importante: sul sito booking.com dove abbiamo prenotato era indicato il costo supplementare di un letto aggiuntivo pari ad Euro 50,00.Alla reception abbiamo dovuto subire un costo superiore. Gestione poco "all'italiana", non intendo reclamare gli euro pagati in più ma intendo segnalare questa situazione che reputo poco professionale. |

La piscina. La scarsa pulizia, per terra nella stanza e nel corridoio era pieno di "briciole"; il personale poco gentile e il pagamento di 20 euro di parcheggio. Personalmente avrei dato a questo hotel non più di 3 stelle. |
