We had a fantastic room with a with a wonderful terrace. The room was very modern with great extras like the lightning in the room. Everything automaticrun. Beutiful! The location was superb! The dinner was poor, not very well cooked and very expensive for what you got. Breakfast was ok though. |

Location Like any resort hotel, beach or ski it really was more like a 3 star. Quite restricted pool hours which i found odd. |

the biggest plus of this hotel is its pool and terrace and friendly staff at the reception - all three ladies were brilliant restaurant staff (waiters) rude and impolite, guests do not feel comfortable and have no space to enjoy their food + prices are uselessly exorbitant |

Nice pool. Clearly not a 4-star hotel. Dirty carpets. Old everything. The attached twin beds (to form a double bed) were of different height and firmness. The sliding door did not lock. And breakfast buffet was cleared firmly at 9:30am, making it a "rush" in the morning. Dangerous location (especially if you have kids) on a curve in front of major, narrow, roadway with speeding cars. |

I liked the buffet breakfast, I thought there was a great choice of food. I also liked the swimming pool and the room I stayed in. I thought the location of the hotel was excellent and the beach was also great as it was so close and had beds on which were part of the hotel. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable to stay in. The room was spacious and had a nice balcony overlooking the pool. I didn't like the staff at breakfast who thought it was ok to shout at you if you didn't ask for a table, but nobody actually told you to start with that you couldn't just sit anywhere. I also thought they weren't very friendly, I've stayed in other hotels in Italy where the staff have been lovely, chatty and made sure you were ok, this didn't happen at this hotel. Also the hotel was a bit boring, there was no entertainment, but that wasn't an issue as we were going to go out anyway, just for other people who might want a bit of entertainment in their hotels it wouldn't be ideal. |

Breakfast and cleaning staff. Little and in some cases no reception assistance, very rude and made my experience at the hotel very unpleasant (2 women). Old linen and bedspread, silverfish crawling on bed, poor drainage in bathroom. Wonder how this hotel classifies as 4 star. |

Despite many bad reviews about the hotel I quite enjoyed my stay there. The lobby is lovely and the pool area is gorgeous. Reception and cleaning Staff were lovely and helpful and the breakfast was quite nice. We were quite put off by the men patrolling the breakfast area like the gestapo. I felt really uncomfortable as, if they felt you were not even picking up a slice of ham right they would immediately come over, scowl on face, and demonstrate how to do so! Also while the rooms were always clean they were definitely not of 4 star quality! |

Its location was perfect, close to the cable cars for a visit to the stores and restaurants in town, accessible to the beach and, most importantly, a pleasant environment with helpful staff, nice pool, great views from multiple terraces, spacious lobby area and good breakfast. Overall, it served our purposes well for an overnight stay and quick visit to Taormina prior to our flight from Catania. |

The hotel is basic + pool. It's at the bottom of Taormina but close to the cable car lift which is a 4 euro round trip. For the residents of the hotel the service is less; They have lovely pool side tables for serving breakfast but not for you rather only the "A La Carte" customers, but there weren't any. We had to sit inside dispite protest to the arogant manager on duty who told me to "be quiet!". He was the exception but none the less as a paying customer I don't think I was treated as king. |

Well placed for sight seeing and beach combined.. It is a 5 minute steep walk down steps to the beach which had jellyfish on it and in the sea on most days. The pool was not suitable for young children and there were no umberellas thand there was only shade in the afternoon . They gave us a cheaper room than I paid for, but then moved us to a better one. .. |
