Annamaria and Pietro are very warm friendly and professional hosts. They have created very beautiful and relaxed surroundings and their guests happiness is their priority. The gardens are wonderful and the rosefilled courtyard is a great place for breakfast, which is delicious thanks to the fabulous home made cakes, breads and biscuits. Our room was impeccably clean and lovely, with a private terrace overlooking the town and valley. very beautiful. We had dinner each night in their popular onsite restaurant and enjoyed the great food, wine and comfortable ambience. Annamaria is a very charming and professional host. Pietro was very helpful to us when we needed some documents printed, even though they were very busy preparing for a large local celebration which they were hosting. The area has interesting historical significance for exploration, but we were happy to relax in the peace and quiet of the lovely property. Would love to come back again, can't recommend highly enough.

A most attractive hotel, run by a friendly family, particularly Madame. Excellent cuisine with a good menu, wide wine list and excellent breakfst.

The friendly welcome by the owners. The spotless facility and excellent food at a very fair price. A gourmet delight not matched by most places we dined in around Italy. Service was most excellent, unobtrusive and a relaxing atmosphere added to our stay. If we do it again we would stay at this place just to dine, sleep and relax for several days. having traveled around the globe I don't say this lightly.

Excellent place to stay. The rooms were well designed and comfortable, I particularly liked the tea facilties in the bedroom. The whole building was well presented and the owners friendly and relaxed. The food was excellent both in taste, the variety offered, and value for money. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

We were upgraded to a room with a beautidul balcony. The owners were extremely nice and helpful and had no issues with our late night arrival.

The way the Villa has been renewed is really nice and warm. the Christmas decoration were also giving an extra tuck.

Lovely staff, wonderful food in the restaurant, clean, comfortable room and bathroom. Beautiful views from the roof! A lovely terrace with pool (although at this time of year they were not in use). The details of appearence and decoration of the hotel were really lovely. Another mention for the food is necessary - soooo delicious!

The owners are extremely gracious. The husband is a world class chef. The wife is a sommelier. Both are a delight to speak with. The restaurant menu is extensive and creative. The cooking is superb. 5 star recommendation for the restaurant. The hotel portion is a recent addition. Currently 7 rooms, decorated beautifully. Comfortable and well-aapointed rooms.

This is an excellent place to stay between Rome and the South of Italy. The rooms are extremely well-decorated, spotless, and comfortable. The food is based on fresh, locally-sourced ingredients and the cooking is terrific. The service was exemplary. All-in-all, Villa Euchelia was perfect and we easily could have stayed longer if our schedule had permitted.

We stayed at the Villa for 2 nights with some friends to learn about the Battle of Montecassino that our relatives fought in. We found Villa Euchelia to be perfect in every way - location, comfort, quality of the food, service and value for money. Our hosts were very welcoming and attentive. We had a beautiful lunch in the courtyard when we arrived, and ate at the Villa restaurant for dinner both nights, as well as the included breakfasts. The view from our room was lovely. We were given individual routers for our rooms, so the free wi-fi was excellent.

Bathroom, although very new and clean, had some problems - very small shower cubicle with slow drainage. TV had no English language stations.

It is in a beautiful location, overlooking a beautiful Walled village, at night the village is lit up like a fairy tale. It is very romantic. They have a great restaurant, with a great Chef.

We did notice there were a few flies, I would imagine, it is because they have their own farm animals that they use to produce many of their restaurants dishes fresh.

I can not recommend Villa Euchelia Resort enough. The standard of room, view and comfort where equivalent, if not above, some 5 star hotels that we stayed in during our recent trip to Italy (September/October 2012). The view from our room was spectacular of mountains and typical hill side Italian Village. We ate at the hotel restaurant which again I can not recommend enough. The one night stay here was beyond our expectations and we will ensure that we incorporate a stay here on our next trip to Italy.

We loved our stay and wish it could have been longer. The staff was extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We had to leave early in the morning before the normal breakfast time, and the proprietress went out of her way to get the entire spread ready just for us. We ate dinner in the gracious restaurant and the meal was one of the best we had during our ten day stay in Italy. The decor of the hotel is sweet and romantic. Delicious freshly baked cookies greeted us in our room when we checked in. Our room had a balcony with a fabulous view of the town and the surrounding countryside. This place is a total find and I would go back there without question.

Food, hospitality, quality of rooms was wonderful. Really looking forward to a return visit.

accomodations were first class, modern and clean. Hosting was 5 star all the way and the restaurant was best we experienced in all of Europe. Location is perfect for any North American travelling south of Rome. The location is easy to find off main A1 freeway and about an hour south of Rome airport by car. Anna Mary was the perfect host. Enjoyed the stay so much we returned on our way out of Italy.

The location was stunning. The design of the rooms was breathtaking. The attention to detail magnificent. The facilities excellent. The owner very helpful and welcoming.

It exceeded our expectations. The owners provided in every way possible. We will only stay at Villa Euchelia when we return to the area.

We went back for a short stay after 6 weeks just to enjoy once more everything Villa Euchelia has to offer. One is never disappointed as we found out.Everything we were soooo happy with the first time was as good as we remembered.The beautifull villa , the more than nice owners who went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Excellent beds and very quiet nights.And last but certainly nog least the fantastic food!! Parking is free and easy too next to the Hotel. In short: go there! PS: We also enjoyed the very nice beaches in FORMIA (only 41 km away), with such clean warm water. Go to a restaurant there ZE Anna for good fish. In short: GO THERE!

Impeccable service, marvellous restaurant. A great stopping point on the road south, and would be a superb destination for a gastronomic weekend.
