Hotel American Palace Eur is a historic property, just 55 yards from the Laurentina Metro Station. Drinks are available in the green courtyard with fruit trees. There is a free 24-hour gym.

Cristoforo Colombo is in Rome's EUR district, next to Euroma2 shopping center and close to Rome's GRA beltway. The hotel has free parking and a seasonal outdoor swimming pool.
Score from 2159 reviews Good
Hotel Fiorenza is just 200 metres from Termini Train Station. It offers a friendly service and rooms on the second floor with an LCD TV, private bathroom and double glazed windows.

Just under a quarter of a mile from the EUR Fermi Metro Station, the 4-star Hotel Dei Congressi is in Rome’s EUR business and residential district. It provides free Wi-Fi and a varied breakfast...
Score from 461 reviews Very good
Everything that was expected from a 3star hotel was provided. Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, mini bar, safe, a medium capacity closet plus a wide screen television. The personnel was gentle and eager to help you. Concerning the fact that it was one of the cheapest hotel in his category, I received more than I expected.
There was no Wi-Fi signal in the room, only at the Wi-Fi hotpoints (on a low speed). Concerning the breakfast, the quality of the bread and of the sweets was low, even though there was a big variety and an impressive projection of the buffet. However, the major issue was the location. The hotel is situated in a suburb of Rome that has nothing impressive to see. Furthermore, there aren't any restaurants close, just a super market. It's close to the metro but it takes you up to 1 hour to reach the center. But it was surely a value for money and if you can't find a hotel in a reasonable price, I surely suggest you to try this one. PS: It was mentioned in some comments, that the hotel is dirty. I disagree with that. The area round the hotel is dirty.
We liked almost everything - great breakfast, just awesome! Nice big spatious room with comfortable bed, high ceilings, great place to relax and enjoy.
If you are keen on sightseeing, then this place is not for you. Subway ride to dountown takes about 30min and keeping in mind that subway works only till 11.30pm - you would need to shorten your dinners and walking rounds. It did tire us up and we felt limited in time.
Check in was quick with minimal forms to sign!
No facility for making tea or coffee in the room.
Location quiet and convenient. Good breakfast.
Lack of basics such as tea facilities, iron board etc in the room. Wi-fi did not work in our room for almost the whole period of our stay - 9 days.
Large room, large queen or king bed, good shower, roomy common areas, beautiful grounds, quiet location, security of vehicles, excellent breakfasts.
Pedestrian access is a walk up a long hill.
The Manager and Staff were wonderful when we found we'd had our pockets pick and we left with only our passports We can not thank them enough for their help
Climbing the hill
Free parking, good service, affordable breakfast, not far away from metro
Quality of room facilities: you have all but very basic ones
location space in room
not nice smell price vs conditions it=
Nice hotel, staff is helpful.
Restaurant staff is strict and your kinda trapped into eating at the hotel as it's far from other restaurants. Hot and rude restaurant staff kinda sucks! The hotel is a long hike up a dark path that is not cleaned well. Recommend having your own car staying here.
Great breakfast, hotel near to metro, nice rooms. Very good choice for stay in Roma.
... sightseeing in Rome: the terminating station of the metro in walking distance, from there thirty minutes to historical places. Getting tot the hotel and parking there is easy. Breakfast was very good.
Too far out for night-tours in Rome as the metro service shuts down too early. The interior looked a bit like a hospital that was remodeled into a hotel
Clean hotel and rooms, very good breakfast, rooms are OK, quite area without any noise. Value for money in sense that most of people stay in hotel to sleep, take a shower and eat their breakfast. If you go to this hotel, use taxi from fiumicino. It is much faster than what we did on arrival (train to termini, metro to eur) and it costs the same (cca 30 €)
45 minutes from Termini, 15 minutes from the nearest metro station (fermi or laurentina), wi-fi never works (and hotel is in the business area), half of staff is not helpful at all and doesn't speak english
The breakfast was good with many options to choose from. The bad part was that the fruits (e. g. apricots) were not washed.
Taking a shower was completely impossible. The water was not pouring down and despite our asking for help on two different occasions no assistance was provided whatsoever. The WiFi connection which was supposed to exist in the room for free (one of the reasons we booked this hotel) did not work. Moreover, the WiFi did not work in their so called WiFi zones either. You probably wish to stay in a nicer hotel while visiting a wonderful city like Rome.
It's big, interesting hotel with his architecture. From the reception were polite.Breakfast was very good and lot of choice.Big free parking place, safe.
There was no wi-fi in the room.
Facility, Price, Breakfast, Cleanliness
Location, it is far from city center
Good price for an appartment in Rome quite comfortable appartment professional staff not far from public transprot, including metro
Air condition in one room did not work. We could not close the bathroom door (not only lock it but we had to put a chair close to the door to keep it closed).
The staff was not very helpful...we had ants in our room...
The Location was 10 minutes walking from Laurentina metro station. For me it was OK but keep in mind that the last 200 metres are dificult because you have to walk on an uphill. You can also get the public bus which stops very close to the hotel and can take you to the city center in 30 minutes depending on the traffic.
The hotel seems to be an ex hospital...this might give to someone a bad feeling. The neighborhood during the night is not crowded but without any problems. The breakfast was not something special.
satisfied breakfast, hotel is near of subway
reception staff has a very poor stateliness and unpolite, weak wifi signal
comfortable room and it was conveniently situated for the metro into Rome city centre
Breakfast was delicious, Staff was great, I loved the decor, the garden and surroundings were gorgeous.
Wifi wasn't working, the community the hotel was in wasn't great
+ Nice premises, + ok breakfast, + air-condition in the room.
- Lady at reception not very communicative - it's 15 minutes of walk to metro station.
Close to metro station, quiet neighborhood.
Very noisy rooms, you can hear every single noise from the other rooms (and I really mean "every noise" from bathroom and toilets also). Sporadic problems with Wi-Fi connection.
Nice place in most respects. Not that far from the metro (Luarentina)---we made the journal several times a day.
It's not so easy to get into the building. Going in the front requires walking up a hilly road shared with cars (possibly while dragging suitcases, and/or pushing a baby stroller, maybe in the dark); the back door on the south side is not so obvious, is farther from the metro, and is closed at night. Wireless internet is confined to a few public places, and there is no wired internet either.
Good spacious room, the place is comfortable overall with nice surroundings, continental breakfast included in the price, location is fair with easy access to the metro
Staff was completely useless, some did not speak English. If you would not finish your breakfast until 9.30 they would unpolitely kick you out even if you were still eating. Wifi was not working except at the 1st floor lounge (very slow). Without the car it is difficult to stay here because you have to climb up the hill every time
