The surroundings (at the resort) was beautiful, the food was the best we had in Sicily, and the hole place was very clean and tidy. I wish the front staff was a little more fluent in English, but they were very helpful though. And the resort was a little bit "off", - not much to do if you wanted to leave the resort for a while. |

Main Hotel rooms are very good & breakfast was well above average for Italy. It runs major Weddings & is an excellent location for such but Dinner on a Warm Terrace may be Dinner in a inside location if the Wedding takes over the Hotel. Again a great location for a Wedding. |

the food was very good. staff were friendly. hotel is an oasis in marsala.the pool we had to ourselves. the location was poor as a car is a must.eating out can prove hard as there are few places to eat in town. the sites were closed to public.no beach area at all. |

We liked the Igloo style rooms, very private and more space thean a normal room. The parking and pool area was good. There was nowhere to eat during the day. The restaurant was only open on certain evenings and because we stayed over a bank holiday weekend it meant we had to drive out, quite far, to enable us to find food. It was also a long way from the town centre, not walkable. |

Nice park, very clean and well kept, very good breakfast. The restaurant was disappointing, no acces to the sea and beach. |

the resort type facilities, public areas of old building, breakfast Receptionist brusque and unhelpful. By chance we learned restaurant closed that night, he did not know status for following night. Offered no help to find restaurant despite being a difficult city to find restaurants. Failed in promise to brief taxi driver on our needs. Hence cut short stay. He did not ask reason for curtailment-only interested in checking rules for penalty charge re cancellat'n |

Most of the personel working there where so nice, helpful and friendly especially the men working in at the breakfastbuffe, but the people in the reception where not very helpful and you always got the feeling that you where bothering them, even when we asked to be checked out!! The hotel was otherwise lovely and I will definitly go back there again.The restaurant was great, the food suberb. Some of the staff (reception) should take a course in how to be serviceminded since they always made us feel like we where disturbing/interupting them whenever we needed to speak to them. |

Das Hotel ist in der Austatttung,Sauberkeit,eine Ville echt ein Traum die Zeit ist um 60 Jahre zurück gestellt.Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und können es nur weiter empfehlen. Es ist ein Eventveranstalltungs Hotel es war manchmal etwas Lauter aber wenn man es weis kein Problem |

le petit déjeuner servi par un personnel sympathique dans un environnement enchanteur ,excepté que nous avons essuyé un orage terrible qui a duré fort longtemps et qui a gâché notre visite dela ville douche trop étroite et rideau de douche tout à fait insuffisant comme protection,et la pomme de douche fixe et très haute.Les ouvertures du bungalow trop petites (fenêtres ridiculement petites !) |

Beau bâtiment ancien, admirablement transformé. La visite des anciennes pièces d'habitation est à conseiller. Beaux jardins. Mettre le reste de sandwiches et petits gâteaux du mariage de la veille au petit déjeuner |

Le cadre, le calme, la gentillesse du personnel, le petit déjeuner buffet copieux et très diversifié. La douche est minuscule et pas très confortable mais ce n'est qu'un détail |

Nous avons logé dans un des petits bungalows. C'est très sympa et original. La climatisation = nickel. Le choix au petit dejeuner est énorme, surtout pour l'Italie ou c'est souvent sommaire. La piscine est également chouette. Bien situé à proximité de Trapani (aéroport Birgi) / Erice. Marsalla et Mazarra del Vallo valent également une petite visite. Salle de bain étriquée et un mariage chaque jour de notre séjour. Nous avions le bungalow 20, donc nous étions éloigné de la fête et avons dormis tranquillement. Par contre plus moyen de se garer. Pour info, nous savions que ce risque existait et avions donc éviter d'y séjourner le WE, mais en Sicile on se marie également le mercredi, le jeudi ou le vendredi. L'été en tout cas... |

Goede airco, goed ontbijt en lekker eten à la carte, kans om half pension te nemen, groot zwembad, privacy van de bungalows. Enkel Italiaans gesproken, weinig informatie over de streek. Indien men geen italiaans spreekt, kan men de weinige documentatie van de omgeving en excursies niet begrijpen. Qua excursies, huren van een wagen, taxi is dit een duur hotel. 's Avonds en overdag is er ook geen animatie voorzien. Auto huren is noodzakelijk (best in de luchthaven zelf). |

Ho apprezzato molto la disponibilità e la serietà della reception e di tutto il personale sia del ristorante che del bar . Un ringraziamento particolare ad Ivan, il sig. Vincenzo e Giovanni La descrizione data dal vs sito sui bongalows non era esatta e la struttura dovrebbe rinnovarli facendo piu attenzione ai servizi igienici.Vi è inoltre mancanza di parcheggi riservati ai clienti dell'albergo durante le cerimonie che si verificano tutti I giorni. E' una struttura meritevole ma si perde in un bicchiere d'acqua |

El desayuno, la piscina aunque cuesta 3 euros un miserable gorro que debes usar. En la página web viene traslado al aeropuerto, llaman al taxi y cuesta sobre 40 euros. Eso no es traslado al hotel, el cliente puede llamar al taxi directamente. Además, nos dieron una habitación triple (111) donde el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, protestamos pero de nada sirvió. Aguantamos estoicamente el calor del ferragosto siciliano, a pesar de que el único personal del hotel que nos echó cuenta era un señor argentino. La limpieza del hotel deja bastante que desear, dejaron un guante de plástico al lado de la maleta y una habitación abierta de otros miembros del grupo. Y como colofón se celebran bodas y la música hasta la una y media de la mañana en plan discoteca playera. En fin, toda una experiencia. |
