Stunning building and very impressive indeed

Classical Palace rooms with beautiful ceilings panelling etc. Excellent room sizes and would be an good conference venue

Whilst the food in the restaurant was excellent the waiter did not advise us in advance of items on the quite short menu which were not available until we actually chose each item. We had to ask them at dinner and breakfast to turn down the inappropriate & loud music which echoed round the walls and spoilt the ambience of such a lovely dining area.

It's an historic property with great atmosphere and very professional staff at your service. We were upgraded to a superior room which was a bonus but all in all we would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay between Bergamo and Verona at a reasonable price. We arrived late in the evening because our flight to Bergamo arrived after 8pm and reception booked us a really nice restaurant within walking distance (5mins) from the hotel.

The internet was painfully slow

The location was really good.Hotel is classified as a monument and it is like that. Good staff and excellent comfort.

Staff gentilissimo alla reception si e' fatto in 4 per aiutare tutti con professionalita' ed efficienza: bravo ! noi stavamo per congresso ma abbiamo goduto della location favolosa, antica, monumento nazionale locale , ben ammobiliato e pieno di comfort, camere favolose con vista sui tetti e sui giardini, spettacolare. Prima colazione ottima con molta scelta. Si mangia benissimo. Insomma siamo stati bene e una nota la devo lasciare per la sala congressi : un salone antico favoloso ricco di charme.

Niente da dire, tutto perfetto

La struttura e la cordialità del personale

Il riscaldamento in camera era troppo alto e non poteva essere regolato, il letto non era molto comodo e nel frigo bar non c'era praticamente niente, solo 2 bottigliette di acqua.

Struttura storica meravigliosa e ricca di fascino

O hotel é muito bonito mesmo! Todo reformado, quarto grande, banheiro grande e em mármore, cama grande, lençóis novos e bonitos, elevador novo. Café-da-manhã excelente. Tudo muito bom; recomendo sem sombra de dúvidas!

Wi-Fi só no lobby do hotel - No quarto era por cabo. Não havia alguém para carregar nossas malas à noite, mas vi que havia no período matutino.
