Surrounded by rich Mediterranean-style gardens, Villa Fiorentino is just outside the centre of Lipari, and 200 metres from the sea. All rooms offer a garden-view patio, and a kitchenette. Next to Grand Hotel Arciduca, Residence Hotel Villa Fiorentino is within easy reach of the island's main archaeological site. You can walk to Portinente Bay and the lively Piazza Marina Corta, the city's ferry port. The property is made up of 5 buildings, each featuring typical Aeolian architecture. It includes a 24-hour front desk, a restaurant, bicycle rental and an airport shuttle. All rooms are en suite and feature solid walnut furniture and warm colours. Each is equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning. In August the rooms may only be bookable for long stays of 7 or more nights, from Saturday to Saturday. location is very good. Just a short walk from the local Marina, the main shopping, bars & restaurants street. Room was very small with no windows.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Appartement befindet sich in einer schönen Gartenanlage. Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr mangelhaft. Es war nur ein Kochtopf vorhanden, Kaffeemaschine war uralt und nicht zu gebrauchen. Diese wurde trotz Reklamation nicht ausgetauscht. Die Küche hatte zwar 4 Kochstellen, aber keinen Platz um zu kochen (viel zu klein).

Son positionnement en plein centre de Lipari tout en ayant le luxe de la campagne avec un joli jardin. La résidence permet une large gamme de facons de se restaurer (kitchenette et table sur la terrasse et à l'intérieur) en autonomie ou en faisant appel aux services de l'hôtel. Jolie piscine accessible pour les gens de la résidence dans un hôtel 4* adjacent. Les belles plages de Lipari sont éloignées de l'hôtel. Il faut une voiture de location ou prendre le bus.

Hotel très agréable, proche du centre ville, entouré de jardins dans un quartier très calme. Le personnel est très accueillant, courtois et discret . Les chambres sont parfaitement propres, nettoyées chaque jour. Elles disposent d'un coin cuisine bien pratique. Commerces à proximité. UNE EXCELLENTE ADRESSE. Peut être un peu éloigné du port ou arrivent les aliscafi (10 à 15 mn de marche).

La localisation pret du centre ville et du petit port de peche. Personnel très disponible. Pas à la hauteur d'un 4 etoiles : télé avec seulement 3 chaines! Pas de piscine. Pas de restaurant comme annoncé (seulement en saison???)

Ruhige Lage, kleine Apartements in einem schönen Garten, kleine Küche zum kochen, schnelles WLAN Klapprige Türen halten einen bei Sturm die ganze Nacht wach.

La posizione centrale ma tranquilla. Possibilità di utilizzare gratuitamente i servizi dell'hotel (piscina, solarium.....) adiacente al residence. Il box doccia è un pò piccolo. Pur essendo presente l'angolo cottura, il tavolo interno è piccolo per 4 persone, bisogna adattarsi sotto la veranda esterna.

Superbe hôtel, très bien situé, à quelques minutes du centre ville. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse sans égal. Cet hôtel est sans aucun doute le meilleur que l'on ai fait durant notre séjour en Sicile. BRAVO

Cet hôtel est parfaitement situé non loin des deux ports de l'adorable l'île Lipari. On vous accueille en mini bus au port, ce qui est pratique lorsque l'on a des bagages. Un accueil très agréable vous attend à l'hôtel, avec un personnel très souriant qui fait tout pour vous satisfaire. Cet hôtel a beaucoup de classe. Il met à disposition de petits appartements dotés de kitchenette, d'une terrasse agrémentée de fleurs, mais aussi une piscine et un jacousi. La décoration des appartements est de très bon goût, et nous avons été accueillis par quelques petits gâteaux frais et un petit mot de bienvenue, ce qui m'a semblé très délicat. C'était SUPER!

La struttura è circondata da un bellissimo giardino ed è a due passi dal centro di Lipari e dal porto di marina Corta. Le camere sono dotate di angolo cottura ed accessori per la cucina. Il personale è accogliente e molto disponibile. Consigliatissimo.

si tratta di una bella struttura con camere in stile eoliano, con molto verde.Si può fruire dei servizi dell'adiacente hotel arciduca quali ristorante,piscina, centro estetico.Nel complesso abbiamo trascorso un piacevolissimo soggiorno in un ambiente di classe e con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
