On landscaped grounds by the shores of Lake Como, the Palace Hotel is a 5-minute walk from Como Cathedral. Both the bar and restaurant overlook the lake.

Hotel Lenno is in an elegant building just off the main road, and right on the shore of Lake Como, in the fantastic Gulf of Venus. There is free Wi-Fi.

Hotel Villa Flori would be my next choice again on my next visit to Lake Como.
Ok less variety of wines in the list.
Hotel and staff were amazing !! Location and view awesome !!
2 twins put together for a bed !! For a couple it sucked !!
Beautiful lake views for the balcony in our room. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
The hotel is adjacent to a very busy, noisy 2 lane lake shore road.
The location is amazing. The view from the balcony was breathtaking.. We asked the breakfast to be served in the balcony and it was the most impressive meal in our honeymoon..
Spectacular view, beautiful bathroom, good breakfast and attentive service
Paying extra for parking
Away from concentration of tourists yet close to ferry services to access all sites you wish to visit. Only 10 minutes from Como by car or ferry. Highly recommended.
Toilet is small
Just about everything else but the restaurant.
Just wanted dessert one night after eating elsewhere and the "restaurant" refused to serve us without a full meal....ridiculous.
Awesome view of the lake and a mountain outweights any drawbacks!!!!!
Road is heard while sleeping with an open window. Expensive parking - 25 euros per night! Filling of cigarette smoke on higher floors when someone smokes below. Located on the road, uncomfortable to travel without a car.
Breathtaking panoramic view of beautiful lake Como from our private balcony. Enjoyed delicious breakfast in elegant dining room.
location and room and view of Lake Como were superior
overpriced restaurant less than average quality and very small portions Wait staff and bartender were amateurs Wastebasket in bathroom not emptied for 4 days
We loved our room with a balcony overlooking the lake. It was very comfortable & relaxing after a day of touring. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent! only a short walk to boats for transportation to other lake areas. It was also very quiet. Loved our stay & would highly recommend the hotel to others.
No coffee pot on the room and no room service!
Location (the view is amazing), the room is very comfortable and renewed. Good shower !
Few people to attend the guests - there was no one to help us with the luggage when we arrived, for example. And they are very confused, even at the restaurant - asked for the check and waited a loooong time.
The scenery was greateyg
We were not able to sleep the first night of our stay due to the noise of the heavy traffic. The hotel was next to a heavily travelled road and the noise continued all night. We attempted to speak with the manager for 2 days however she was constantly too busy. When we left we left our e-mail address however she did not respond until we threatened to report our experience to you. She claimed we would not receive compensation since the fact that we could not sleep was personal. That statement was ridiculous since a good nights sleep should be expected when you are paying over $700.00 per night. That room is suitable for the hearing impaired.
Great location IF you have a car. Thankfully, we did and found that the central location allowed us to drive up to Bellagio and Mennagio with ease. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and so was the staff in the breakfast restaurant.
Wi-Fi was terrible. Room did not have the basic comforts one would expect when paying over 300 euros a night! For e.g., no iron, hot water kettle (essential when travelling with a baby), tea / coffee. Parking garage was tiny and the restaurant guests often blocked the outdoor parking space.
When I called them from a restaurant to ask them to call us a cab back to the hotel they told us to ask the restaurant to do it and hung up the phone. We were renting a boat for the day which was picking us up at their facilities and when I asked the front desk if we could have towels to take with us and buy water for the trip they told me to go to my room and take my bath towels and then go find someone in the restaurant to buy water. There was absolutly no help given whatsoever. Lack of room service for this level of hotel and price is quite shocking. Overheard another client complaining about the cleanliness of thier room and the woman behind the counter told her "well you booked the cheapest room we have so next time you can upgrade". Noone should ever feel that just because they purchase a lower cost room that the emenitites should be less quality as well. We will not be returing to this hotel again.
Wonderful hotel on edge of Lake Como, with great restaurant
€25/day Parking fee
Location, the setting by the lake out of town was attractive and convenient for a one night stop. Breakfast good
Slightly impersonal, pricey for what it was. Residents should not have to payaextra for parking. Restaurant full of its own image but the food was average - certainly not up to genuine Italian standards
Wonderful hotel, beautiful views of the Lake and in the perfect location to get about, either by car, boat or on foot to Como. Super breakfast and dinner and very nice, helpful staff. Very highly recommendable!!
Only one small thing - they didn't have the "Rossini" cocktail on their bar menu ;-)
Fantastic view, nice staff
Breakfast and the bar, great service from Marco the barman
The fact that there was no alternative to the restaurant in the evening, something less formal would have been a good option.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, arranging hire bikes and repairs with local shops when required, and allowed us to store bikes when not in use. Views were world-class! Breakfast buffet was excellent - lots of choices, and coffee included.
Wi-fi was a bit hit and miss, depending on room location
Nice building, good view, jetty only 5 min walk
Only one receptionist was nice and friendly, poor breakfast and slow service, overpriced, waiters are not good trained, limited parking , very slow internet, no slippers, no bathrobe, no coffee facilities , traffic noise
