We loved everything about this villa, it's a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the view. The staff were very welcoming and their service was exceptional, our room was divine, and the food from the restaurant was too! We would definitely stay there again.
Location is perfect. The views from restaurant were amazing. The staff is so helpful and friendly. They seemed to love working there and were always happy and sunny! The restaurant had delicious cuisine. Everything was a treat!
All was perfect.

The 3rd fllor has law roof
We only stayed one night but that short stay was perfect. The room, the view, the hospitality, the location, everything!!! This family run hotel may arguably be the best hotel I've ever stayed in.
Facilities are very nice, big room, friendly family staff, restaurant and wine bar on premises with good food and wine selections. Isabella , Layla and the entire staff are great.
Although the bus stop is a few away, It is a very steep and long walk to the center of town and the beach which you better be in shape for. Spotty internet needed to be rebooted several times.
This was one of the hotels we stayed at while on our honeymoon and it was delightful! Although we had the standard room, in my opinion, they were the best as they were on the 3rd floor so people from the street couldn't see into your window. The staff was great and accommodated all of our requests including storing a bike for my husband and and an extremely early check out. It is further from the downtown and the beach, so there was quite a bit of climbing up the stairs, but it was perfect for us since we don't like to be right in the middle of it all.
Nothing, there is nothing I would change!
Great view, great service, easy walk to town center.
One neighbor was disruptive because some of the walls are thin, but the neighbor left and the front desk was helpful
we stayed for 3 nights in the standard suite. although being the smallest suite (i assume) it was huge, with a living room, kitchen, bedroom, two bathrooms and one incredible view balcony righr on top of the street with a small table and two chairs. the restaurant was top class, with special care for the details and a fair approach between costomer wishes and house tradition. we gave ourself to the tradition and believe it was a great decision. the staff - everybody caring, giving a great feeling of wanted costomers and in general being much nicer than average (thx leyla). top class prices but fully compensating for that. if at positano, we'll do it in the same spot.
The friendly & helpful staff, view, room, food, location, drinks, bathroom & balcony..!
staff and service excellent quality of food carefully prepared delicious
crowds and traffic in street inevitable
Staff is very attentive and friendly. Rooms very comfortable. Great outside area to eat with breathtaking views.
Would have preferred a few more choices for breakfast, cappacino's were great.
Beautifully clean. Very high quality of construction an all fittings. A row of tables on the view side of the street outside their door. English speaking NZ-lander at the desk.
The staff were brilliant, the rooms were meticulously clean and offered privacy, the views were great. We were also upgraded to a suite, as the hotel has a policy of upgrade whenever possible!
The breakfast could have been better.
Our room was really small. We were pretty cramped by the end of the 2nd day. Other than that we loved it.
staff couldn't be more helpful or friendly. unobstructed views of the sea
would have liked a duvet
The food served in the hotel restaurant for dinner is very impressive, I had low expectations being a Hotel, but it was superb. The staff are super relaxed and friendly, nothing was an effort. I arrived early unexpectedly and was rushed into a clean room as soon as possible.
Was placed a bit too far from the action for me. Perfect fora couple wanting a bit more privacy, but the 400 stairs up from the main beach was too much every day in the heat.
The staff were extremely service minded and friendly. The restaurant was excellent. We had one of our best meals there. The view from our room was magnificient.
Not to say we didn't like anything but I have a feeling there are nicer rooms than what we had in the hotel. That likely has more to do with our somewhat late booking. Really a very lovely place to stay all together,
A Fabulous place to stay. The staff/owners were outstanding and could not do enough for us whilst there and also in helping us with organising our trip. The Location is excellent with beautiful views from our large room. The restaurant was excellent . Overall great value for money and a truly memorable stay. I would not consider staying anywhere else and would rate this small hotel 10 out of 10
that we could only stay 5 nights, I would have liked another 5 nights
We stayed for four nights as part of our honeymoon in Italy. The staff were so friendly and they let us check in five hours early. The food was great and the room lovely. Really felt at home.
My husband and I met up with friends at the Villa Gabrisa to celebrate my birthday in May. Our rooms were lovely and spacious with spectacular sea views from the large balconies. Robyn and her family were very friendly and helpful, especially with the organisation of my birthday lunch. The food and wine was delicious and Robyn also organised the cake and flowers. Fantastic! We had a wonderful time staying at this property and highly recommend it to those looking for that special place.
everything was amazing, staff, food, Isabella was so very helpful giving us advise for a wonderful restaurant, and our day trips. We loved the location not being too far up and not far down, pretty much in the middle and easy to walk too from the bottom.
We really can't say we did not like anything.
Staff were very friendly and helpful
For a room costing Euro 400 p/n the bathroom was small and poorly equipped.
my husband and I travelled with my in laws. My mother in law cant walk stairs and long distances. The bus stop to the shops and beach is convenient to the hotel. A place to wash clothes was steps away and the restaurant in the hotel was excellent. They speak fluent english. Was a great workout walking back up the hill to the hotel when you wanted the exercise but you also had the option of taking the bus.
Friendly staff, lovely facilities. Great view.
Beautiful, tastefully decorated family owned villa in historic Positano. The views can't be beat, you won't want to leave the comfort of your room! Close to the bus stop for the local shuttle or transportation to nearby Amalfi or Sorrento. Friendly and helpful staff are happy to arrange for anything you need. You will not be disappointed!!!
