Cute little hotel with great decorations. Room was very nice with a huge balcony overlooking the street in front of the hotel and a bit of the ocean. Trees all around. Very close to the piazza which has lots of restaurants, gelato, bars. Close to the beach. There was a free shuttle around the town and beaches, few minutes walking to the stop. Breakfast was very good. The owner was very kind and helpful and just really really nice. We loved being in Vada and this hotel was a big reason why.

Great location. Close to the beach and has a restaurant. Super nice facility for children. The pools are clean and so are the rooms. It's spacious, and you have essentially your own little apartment. The staff is very friendly. We celebrated our daughter's birthday there and it was nice and accommodating.

Cozy apartment, well-maintained house and wonderful garden. The owners are just amazing people! We plan to visit them on our next visit!
Vada, is a sleepy costal town. It’s not very big but has everything you need, some super beaches, good restaurants especially if you love your seafood. It could possibly do with having more nighttime venues as there is not a huge variety when it comes to socialising. The local people we encountered were very friendly.

Vada is centrally located on the Tuscan coast, with a lot of facilities (like supermarkets) and attractions nearby. The town itself doesn't have too much vibe, but in the centre you'll find some nice restaurants, a very good pastry shop and a play area for the children (<8). There is a very nice beach nearby.
Don't forget about the market on Tuesdays in Cecina (one village down south), and if you like some adventure in the treetops we can recommend Il Giardino Sospeso (climbing trails). There's also a small zoo nearby - Parco Gallorose.
Personally, we preferred the interior of Tuscany above the coast, but a lot of typical towns are within driving distance of Vada, so you are able to combine best of both worlds (nice old villages / towns in the interior and the Mediterranean Sea alike).
Room (superior apartment with one bedroom) was quite nice. Clean. Comfortable pull-up sofa and double bed. It seems like it was recently renovated. Hotel staff, no complaints, allways there to help and answer questions.
Nearby parking in the shadow.
Pool, although not very large wasn't overcrowded. There was allways enough sunbeds for everybody near the pool.
I would like to praise the restaurant/caffe staff for allways being nice. I never used it for meals just drinks/snacks, so I can't comment on the food.

+ Nice hotel with clean and fully equipped rooms
+ Pool was a big bonus and we enjoyed it everyday - clean, reasonably crowded, enough sunbeds
+ Public and private beaches were in walking distance
+ Parking in convenient distance from the hotel (across the street)
+ Very friendly and helpful staff, one receptionist even speaks Czech
+ Daily animation program for kids (our 8 years old daughter liked that even if she doesn't speak Italian or English)
+ Close to restaurants and bars
Very family friendly place, kids loved the Playground and swimming pool. Offered breakfast fairly priced and fresh made with plenty of variation. Location of villa geologically well positioned between Vada and Cecina must have a car to fully appreciate surrounding towns. Easy access to sea. Kitchen comes with some dining/cooking ware. Rooms cleaned daily, staff is very friendly. Has a small fitness room enough to go through daily routines.
We loved our stay at Fiori. Everyone was very helpful, the restaurant was good, beds slept amazing and it was so nice there was a Pilates/yoga/aqua dance teacher everyday! Also, the kids loved the mini club. The spoken languages were in a wide range from Dutch to sometimes even Russian. The beach was only a 5 minute ride and it was also easy to reach Pisa, Livorno and Lucca from there. Overall our stay was amazing!
The partnered hotel villa mazzanta facilities were amazing, we absolutely loved the pool and the free bikes. The staff were the friendliest we’ve ever had! They couldn’t do enough for you, so friendly and went out of their way to help.
It was nice having a bigger apartment with cooking facilities and lots of room. The garden was also nice for relaxing later in the evenings.
Nice backyard with plenty of green areas, suitable for small kids. Pool is very nice and the beach is few hundred meters from the hotel. There is a restaurant ran by the same owners, stuff is pleasant and food is pretty good with reasonable prices. There is very big parking area with plenty of space, apartments are clean and kitchen is well equipped.
Perfect place if you want to chill and relax. Hotel is super clean, located in a small village next to the sea and we received more than expected ! You have big pool with jacuzzi, beach is around 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Free parking for cars. Super friendly staff. Nothing to complain !
It was exactly like 90% of the other reviews. Very modern, clean, nice pool with a good Restaurant.
The only thing the breakfast is missing is some fresh vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers etc) and fresh fruit.
It's very close to Vada town and a short 5 minute car ride to the beach.
The room was big, bright and clean, comfortable bed, the personnel was very helpful, they provided us with a gym from their chain hotel that was nearby. Even it is small, all the necessary for me equipment was there like an elliptical machine, pull up bar and parallel dips outside.
Very peaceful location, very close to the coast (2/3km to the beach). Very friendly staff. New room/bathroom. Lovely playground with zip line. Large pool (heated from April to November. Half hour from Pisa airport.
The location was truly amazing! I liked there was a bar, where the barteneder was really friendly. The beach is really next door, not the best experience of my life, but just enough to chill yourself.
Great hotel, very active and helpful staff, rooms are super clean, and the kitchenette was really nice , big smart tv, the swimming pool was clean, the hotel is close to the beach
Beautiful building with lovely gardens. A 20 minute walk to the beach and town - 10 minute walk to the supermarket. Great breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff.
Our apartment had two bathrooms, which some people might appreciate. When we were there, there was a problem with the stove but the hotel staff handled it quite well.
