I think the management of the hotel can not decide, the hotel is or nightclub. We stayed there for two nights in late April. In the evenings, private parties, so the bar is closed. All the attention is paid to the party guests. One night did not sleep at all because the music blared until five in the morning. With parking a big problem. Again, if at a party - will not find the place.Breakfast at nine in the morning he is not, although it is up to ten, all the guests do not count. Inconveniently located bathroom.

the hotel is really comfortable, and the breakfast is good. You can see the sea from the balcony.!!

But it is very far away from the center, if you have not a car, you should go by bus, 2.5euro for un trip to the center.

Friendly staff, nice rooms with some design elements, rich and tasty breakfast.

Little too noisy door furniture and poor sound isolation, if someone is making trouble in hall, you will hear that.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and very modern, comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. We highly recommend it for other tourists and also for families.

The centre was a bit far from the hotel. There was no path for pedastrians on the way to the centre, so it was a bit dangerous.

The staff were VERY friendly and the hotel room was really neat and beautifully furnished. Their breakfast as something out of this world!!!!

The hotel is situated by a 25 min walk from the city, on a circulated road, so if you don't like to walk, you should rent a car. The rooms are small and basic and some of them have a nice sun terrace facing the sea.The staff is doing a great job recommending some places to eat and visit.

The air conditioning was not working in our room, but luckily it was November and we didn't need to use it. During the first day of our stay it was raining and the water entered in the room through the closed window.

Absolutely no faults - really enjoyed the stay and would have liked to have been able to stay longer.

Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Hotel was clean and decor was modern. We only took breakfast at the hotel - it was very good, a wide and plentiful variety was on offer.

The only thing we found disappointing was the fact that it was difficult to walk into the centre because there were no pavements and the traffic was busy. The buses were on strike and so we had to get taxis.

All staff were friendly and helpful Breakfast serving staff (Simone) was great -- attentive and friendly Most staff speak English which is a bonus for us Emanuela arranged for three different restaurants to pick us up and drop us back. Much better than driving and the restaurants were excellent and inexpensive

It is not possible to walk to the downtown as the roads are so narrow you are likely to be squashed by a bus or truck. The alternative is the local bus service very close to the hotel -- no issue -- just a small obstacle compared with staying downtown.

You need a car to get to Sorrento and parking can be a nightmare in Sorrento

The hotel was very well presented and the staff were very helpful. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the location was great. Car parking was a real advantage, as was the excellent bus service. The competitive price was also a great asset.

Sadly, a few things. The shower cubicle was very small, but I doubt you can easily change that. My daughter was kept awake by young people banging on the door next to her and letting the door slam into the early hours (4 am). She was in 101 and the room at the top of the stairs was a dormitory.

It is not safe walk around the hotel, there is no place to people, only to cars. To go to the city centre, I took one hour walking and the staff told me it would be like 20 minutes... Take buses is not confortable and taxis are very expensive. To the trains station I paid 20 euros and to the boat was the same. I you are going to rent a car, it is ok. I not, it is not good.

It was near a great cove for swimming, ask the staff who are very helpful.

Wifi didnt always work so well in the room, coffee wasnt great at breakfast time so ask for a cappucino, the rest of breakfast was good.

Was surprised to find this new hotel not completely finished... Still works going on. I think it will be a great place when finished, but not really happy to discover that all the pics on the website are project pictures... That's a lovely place but please don't advertise rooms/services you aren't not ready to offer!!!

Staff are very friendly and really helpful.Breakfast offers great selection for everybody. Good connection with town (thanks to the bus just outside the hotel).

There was still some work inside the hotel sounds like not finished yet. Garden should be kept in better condition. Lots of ants on the balcony.

1) The staff at the recepton is friendly. 2)There is a private house opposite where famous Russian writer Maxim Gorky lived (but you are not allowed to enter). That should be interesting for those who love Russian literature.

We have stayed in 7 hotels in different regions of Italy during our trip and this was definitely the worst. I wonder how it can be 3 stars hotel!!! Reasons: 1) Location. It is very remote from the city center. Don't believe the map that the hotel shows on the booking.com site!!! From the place where it is pointed on the map you need to go 1 km more. Please, don't choose this hotel if you not by car. Taxi to the center costs from 20 euros one way and the bus that you need to wait for 20 minutes costs 2,40 Euro. No pedestrian area to go to the city center, so the walk can be dangerous and takes at least 25 minutes to the main square. 2) It looks terrible from the outside. Although inside it is renovated you cannot feel comfortable. Ppor design. 3) There are not any facilities!!!! No bar (it was closed all the time), no restaurant! This is really strange for the 3 stars hotel. It looks like Bed&Breakfast. 4) The shower was terrible - the shower cubicle was really narrow, there is no bidet (that is really strange for Italian hotel). There was water on the floor and the water pressure was poor. 5) A lot of ants in the bathroom. 6) No lift and if you live on the 3rd floor it is hard to go upstairs with luggage. 7) There is no place to put your cloths and the room is small. 8) Noise from the hall. You can hear everything!!!

The staff was very helpful. They spoke good English and assisted in taking care of restaurant reservations as well as drop off and pick up to and from those restaurants. The rooms were great, with great views of the coast and city. It was a 10 minute walk to the beach, which was a rock beach surrounded by Roman ruins. The water there was crystal clear. Nothing like swimming in the Mediteranean. The breakfast in the morning was good, though the coffee Americana was weak. Ask for an espresso, and mix it with the coffee Americana to make it stronger, or just drink espresso. The breakfast included cold cuts and cheeses, assortments of breads and pastries and juice and cereals, and hard boiled eggs. It was a 5 minute walk to the bus stop, which was easy to get to the train station to Pompeii or the buses to Apositano, but had a hard time figuring out the buses back to the hotel, so we always took a taxi back. It was a great hotel and we very much enjoyed our stay.

The parking lot was a nightmare. It was too tight. Don't know how to fix this issue, but just want to warn everyone. The parking was very small and very tight. But the staff was helpful in guiding you in your parking spot and out.

Very cool interior decor, at least the parts of the hotel that are renovated. This is a house that is being converted to hotel, part by part. Other pluses: Free wifi, free breakfast, multiple electric sockets in room. Also must mention Simone, the front desk guy who was superhelpful and spoke relatively good English. Gave us directions, reparked all cars in the parking lot overnight while guests slept since they had way too many cars and not enough spaces to park in. Offered to help us carry our luggage.

Wifi access kept dropping even though my computer showed connected until we learnt the following day that it works if you set the dns address to 8.8.8.8. No elevator. No phone in hotel room. No room service. Hard to find. Need a big bright neon sign on road that shows where the hotel is. Otherwise easy to miss if you are driving.

I stayed in the hotel only a few days after it had been opened (renovated), so works were on-going during day time and personnel was inexperienced yet, but the price (40eur p/night) compensated it all. Make sure you completely understand where the hotel is located, as you can easily miss the proper bus stop. Interior is very nice, and balcony view to the bay and the city of Sorrento are second to none! It might look like the hotel is quite away from the city, but in reality, it's a 5-minute bus drive and 20-min walk (quite pleasant one) plus you'll find nice restaurants nearby without the necessity to go to the city.

Breakfasts were quite poor and simple, personnel not quick enough (or too busy/lazy?) to fill plates when empty. The most disgusting coffee ever!!! No mini-bar Ants on the balcony
