Disabled access room was good. Wifi was available and fast. Was only staying in order to catch early morning Ciampino flight but was good value for what I paid. Beds a little short. Walls also a little thin. Could hear what people upstairs were doing at all times.

The hotel was close to both the airport and the train station. While we were not able to walk to and from the airport, we were able to walk to the train station with ease. This made travelling to other cities very easy. The hotel staff were able to answer our questions and helped arranged for our taxi for us and told us how much it would be in advance. This was helpful because we were overcharged on our first taxi ride from the airport to the hotel by over 5 euros! Not cool. The continental breakfast was included with our room price and this was convenient for us. The hotel grounds are kind of small, but pretty, quiet, and convenient for getting around. There is not very much for small children to do on the hotel grounds.

Friendly staff, good location. Very small room&bathroom, very low, slanting ceiling, bed so small it looks like for kids, very old furniture. It is very difficult to move in such limited area. I was able to make only a few steps from the door without bending myself and had to mind my head constantly. It was very inconvenient. The window is very small and located under the celling. I was in this hotel twice – each time I had similar , a child size room. Room was clean but corridors do not look clean.

The staff was very efficient and friendly. I've emailed them to ask something, and 10 minutes later I received the answer and I got what I asked them to do....That is the taxi to the airport. Overall, its very easy to stay there. Near with the train station, everything were being taken care.

After my stay in this hotel, I had several insect bites on my legs, which only can come from this stay. The yoghurt I ate in the morning was outdated and had mould on it. The breakfast was very poor. The wireless internet only works if you go outside your room, inside it does not work properly.

I liked the location of the hotel. The staff were very nice and polite. The hotel is close to the train station( a 6-7 minute walk) and it is only 15 minutes from the center of Rome. They cleaned and changed the bed sheet every day. The breakfast was fantastic.

There was a great breakfast downstairs in the morning. They were most kind and allowed me to leave a bag there safe and sound for a week before I arrived while I was traveling elsewhere. In a small snug room, my 6 foot 2 inch frame barely could sleep on the twin bed, but I opened the window for fresh air and found it aplenty. The TV had a gazillion stations, all Italian. The tiny bathroom met my needs simply and that is all I wanted. It was raining in a torrent but the room was dry while water was all over the porch. I saw no elevator to get to my room on the second story, but I didn't mind carrying up my bags.

It's a few minutes taxi ride (which does not mean cheap) to the airport, which is nice when your flight is very early. The staff is very professional. Very small room.

The staff at the reception wasn't very friendly. They did order a taxi for us, but they let us pay €20 for a short trip to the airport in a unofficial taxi. In all the guides it's written to don't do that. Our trip would have cost us only €3O from Roma Termini so it wasn't neccesary to take this hotel.

We liked it's proximity to the Ciampino airport for Ryanair flights from the uk. We liked it's closeness to Rome, a cheap twenty minute train ride away. We liked the town of Ciampino itself, for the small town Italian atmosphere, the shops, restaurants and the friendly local people. It is not a glamorous hotel, but small, clean, comfortable, safe and good value for money. The staff were very helpful and spoke good English. We stayed for one night prior to a cruise and three nights after the cruise and felt it was a good choice. We were not bothered by airport noise. Continental breakfast was fine and use of the internet was a big plus. It was a little hard to find the hotel on arrival in Ciampino, so walking instructions from the station would be helpful.

I liked the fact this hotel was convientent for staying over night before going on to our holiday destination. The hotel was as discribed on the website. The breakfast although nothing fancy was fine. The staff were polite and helpful. It was also withn a 5-10 min walk to a bus/ and train to the airport. The bus cost E2.40 for two of us. Also a taxi from Ciampino airport cost E30 which we felt was worth paying to take us straight to the hotel, as we arrived late at night.

Location is excellent for Ciampino Airport, about €10 by taxi. Also very walkable to the train station to get the trains to Termini. Breakfast good, traditional Italian.

Room was large enough for us four, air conditioning worked fine (was very hot that day). Ordered a taxi to the airport for 5:30AM the day after and that costed €20. Nothing really, apart from having to get up so early, but that wasnt the hotel´s fault:)
