The view from the room, sea and mount Etna, so beautiful. The centre of the town was quite some steps down, which is normal staying in the mountains, we quite enjoyed this walking back and forward. Breakfast was good and staff were very friendly and helpful. |

The extra 10 euros for a superior room with seaview as worth the money. |

Very nice views (if you choose the superior room). The terrace was lovely. The hotel staff was very helpful. City center is a short walk away. |

Perfect position up to 10 minutes of very center and pleasant staff, beautiful sight from the balcony... If we have to pint anything not so good that will be (not) changing of used towels for a few days... |

The set up is very original. Staff is nice and breakfast is reasonably good. Beautiful view. Considering the cost, I consider it a good hotel except that unless you are healthy and a good walker, it is quite far from the centre and transport although reliable is limited. Toilets need refurbishing. |

The hotel has a great view !! On the sea, Etna, Taormina town. Also it is well located, because you can join Taormine downtown by the stairs, it takes no more than 10 minutes. The room is a bit humid .... And there was not hot water in the evening. |

The staff were always very pleasant, breakfast was lovely in the morning time. Having car parking on site was very convenient I felt it could have been cheaper considering the distance we had to walk to all amenities. There were no shops nearby & for any atmosphere we had to walk over 100 steps at least so it was not value for money, also the menu in the restaurant was limited in its food selection & was expensive for a budget traveller. |

The view from our room was stunning, and we could enjoy it from a comfortable little balcony where the hotel put a tiny table and two chairs. We had dinner in the restaurant in the roof and the views to the gulf of Taormina / Giardini Naxos and mount Etna were fantastic at the end of the day. The cleaning of the rooms should be done earlier in the morning (not in the middle of the afternoon). The service in the restaurant should be faster. |

The view was nice from our rooms. The restaurant in hotel was very good I did not like where the hotel was located. It was a very steep climb up and down from the hotel to Taormina centre and the beach. This made getting to and from hotel very tiresome. Not a good way to spend your holidays. The hotel does not accuratlely describe its location in its blurb... |

This accomodation is more an appertement. It has a very good location in the center of ortigia. The rooms are large and have a modern design. People working there are very nice. One of the best hotels we had in Sicily. |

Very Helpful staff, spectacular views the room needed attention several things(wardrobe, light fitting, soap dish) were either broken or in need of replacing. Its location make it difficult to get to on foot,( not the hotels fault) |

We liked the situation of the hotel on the hilltop.Marvellous views of the bay and of Etna, but of course it is a long way to the center and back again! Best to take the car and park in the municipal carpark as suggested by the hotel manager. |

Interesting location above the city. 20 min to the city center, but the road is steep. Breakfast was good. Rooms are pretty old but clear. Towels could be newer and tidier. Shower is awful - it was impossible to regulate comfortable water temperature. The renovation of shower and toilet required immediately. |

Was quiet and had a rustic charm. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Many sunny or shady nooks to relax on the gardens & terraces. It was possible to walk into Taormina but necessary to get a taxi back. Taxis were expensive. Hotel built into mountainside as are many of the accommodations so many flights of stairs to get to rooms, reception & exits. |
