As we arrived quite late and were tired it was great to have a restaurant at the hotel. Shower cubicles were very small and in need of some repair. |

View from our balcony/terrace, even tho it was cloudy and we didnt get to see the view of Etna from it. Could have been cleaner. Also, if you are not even half fit, the 3 flights of steps up to the hotel will wear you out by the end of your nights out. And a word of advice, do not book the standard double room option. We did originally, but quickly changed our mind when we were shown it. IT is too small and stuffy. Get the superior double, lovely! |

The view from our room was stunning, and we could enjoy it from a comfortable little balcony. We were quite upset when we seated ourselves at a window table (with view) at breakfast time but were moved by an officious waiter to another table since the window table did not match our room number (??). Our observations led us to believe that the window tables were being reserved for German tourists and we were being disciminated against...!! |

Dit hotel is niet hetgeen u weergeeft in uw zoekmachine, het is te duur voor hetgeen geboden wordt, niet echt vriendelijk personeel en zeer beperkte mogelijkheden. Ligging is mooi, maar zeer onpraktisch, met name de toegang met koffers over zeer smalle hoge trappen. In vergelijking met hotel Costa Azul in Balestrate, waar wij ook verbleven deze vakantie, was hotel Vila Greta niet veel soeps |

La cordialità dello staff. Sebbene l'hotel disti una breve distanza dal centro ( in linea d'aria) , sono veramente troppe le scale per arrivarci ( centinaia di gradini )!!!. Sarebbe auspicabile un servizio di bus navetta. |
