Very difficult to find, rude staff and small rooms

Providing you have a car the location and tram from Sandicci to Florence were great.

Noise from motorway, access down dirt track road, breakfast pre-packed.

Sig Andrea is very helpfull. He knows the whereabouts of florence and Siena very well .The hotel is very good to visit Florence in 12 mins you ll be in free carpark Piazzale Michelangiolo( very safe till late) than walk 20mins right to the centre of Florence. you can always take a taxi or a bus back to the carpark.The hotel is very clean and cosy with very nice surroundings.Use the co ordinates on garmin and they take you next to the gate.

If the sounds from the autostrada will keep you awake close the windows and switch the A/C. Breakfast is a bit low but its ok

Location was good. The room was spotless and in very good condition. Breakfast was good and staff were attentive.

Nice place. good Landscape. Friendly staff. Recommend to try the Osteria "Millioner" that located near the Villa

There is no possibility for supper, only breakfast. (But it is not the big problem).

Very friendly staff exellent lactation large and clean rooms with wi fi signals good breakfast with in door safe car parking , if I come to Florence I will definitely book the same

The staff only speaks Italian language

Lovely Villa with the big, comfortable, airconditioned rooms. Excellent starting point for visiting Florence. It's only 1 hour drive to Siena, so we did that too. We had no problem finding places, thanks to Miss Adriana, who was always there when we needed her help. We like to have our espresso 6 am and Mr Mario gladly took care of that. What a nice people! For those using Garmin navigation, be sure to use Scandici, Via Vingone 28, as a destination address. Reaching that point, you'll come to a sign directing to Villa Guarnaschelli!

We came with a car and there is a private car parking. It's close to Lucca, Pisa and Firenze (Florence). The hotel's owner guided us how to arrive to Florence with a tram, so we parked our car near the tram station in Scandicci. Within 15 minutes we were in the city. The Villa is surrounded by vegetation and there is a nice arbor.

It's not really a negative review, just some facts: Villa Guarnaschelli is an antique house with smells of antiquity, but if you open the windows, for a while,the smells wane. From our windows, that were on the left wing of the house, we could see a main road below us, not so close, but we could hear some noise of the passing cars. When you close the window and use also the air- conditioner, you don't hear nothing.

The gentleman who checked us in and seems to be the owner or manager of the Villa was a little chauvinistic toward the women and not real warm and friendly. I'm sure it was a cultural thing but I would definately refer it and stay again.

We thought the personal service was warm and caring and the atmosphere was as if staying at your family´s villa. The breakfast covered most of what you usually get at a hotel. The coffee was superb and the salami and prosciutto was fantastic. The location is a good starting point for most of the journeys you´d like to make around Tuscany.

Make sure you have a road description before you come here, since it is quite hard to find otherwise. Unfortunately, there´s no fridge in the room, but if you buy something in a supermarket the staff will happily provide you with cutlery, wine opener etc. The staff only speaks Italian but we didn´t find this a problem. If you have any urgent questions the reception staff in the evening does speak some English!

Really interesting Villa guest house, converted from an old family olive farm. Wonderfully rustic with great charm and very friendly and helpful owners/staff. Would highly recommend for anyone travelling in this area around Florence. Short car ride, less than 10mins into town of Scandicci, with it's great tramline connection straight into Florence main train station Plenty of little plaza free parking areas dotted around the tramline departures in Sandicci. In the evening sit on the balcony at the villa overlooking the Tuscan landscape, a bottle of very reasonable wine and watch the sun go down. Excellent....

It is a little difficult to find, even with my GPS we battled a little, but once found a little gem.

Wonderful place! Everything is amazing!

Quiet and clean except for common areas smelled of cigarette smoke.

The manager was unkempt and unhelpful. Left everything to his staff. Wifi password was expired no iron available for clothes.

la posizione e la tranquillità

Ottima posizione; con un piccolo tratto di automobile da Scandicci (Villa Costanza, capolinia del tram, parcheggio gratuito) si riesce a raggiungere comodamente il centro di Firenze in 15 minuti. L'hotel in stile rustico è pulito e immerso nel verde, colazione più che abbondante e personale molto cordiale. Ottima alternativa a gli hotel in centro città che chiedono prezzi stratosferici offrendoti spesso stanze piccole e sporche; inoltre qui non pagate il parcheggio dell'automobile che in centro città costa caro.

La stanza si affacciava sull'autostrada ma non dà particolarmente fastidio. Per la cena siamo andati a mangiare alla trattoria all'Insegna del Gallo a Scandicci; abbiamo mangiato male, pagato troppo e il personale non è stato ne cortese ne professionale. Quindi cercate qualche altro posto migliore per non farvi spennare per una cena.

Frühstück ist umgestellt worden auf Selbstbedienung! Noch Anlaufschwierigkeiten! War früher angenehmer! Mit NAVI!! ,sonst nicht leicht zu finden.

Lokacija je uzasna. Ocekujete brdasca Toskane i prirodu i to jeste svuda oko vas, ali je ovaj pansion smesten odmah iznad auto puta i ispod dalekovoda. Osoblje poprilicno ne ljubazno, osim devojke koja je bila ljubazna i znala par reci na engleskom.
