I keep returning to this hotel in Venice due to its ease of access, high level of comfort and the friendliness of the staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel. |

Very well located near Piazza St. Marco in a quiet little square. Also very easy to get to as it is very close to the Zaccaria vaporetto (water bus) stop. The room was well appointed with fabric covering the walls. It was everything we expected from reading previous reviews. It was a good value in a good location that was rated well by others. Would definitely stay there again. Minor point... No mirror in room, only in bathroom, made it a little slower for two to get ready in the morning. |

The hotel was decorated in an old fashion. The breakfast was good. It was very near to S. Marco Sq. and station for boats for both Venice and the islands. No free internet access. The reception is closed after 8pm and check-in is at the sister hotel (2-minute walking); however we were not informed of that despite calling the hotel for late check-in in advance and faced a locked door at the hotel. |

Fantastic Location, 2 mins walk to San Marco square, and in my opinion on the better side of the square. Rooms immaculate, clean, shower very powerful, and the hotel in general has a very comfortable and understated luxury feel to it. Great Stay, would definitely return to the same hotel if in Venice! |

The bathroom was large enough and comfortable. Room was small, but not too small, as I suppose is usual in Venice 3 star hotels. Breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly. The sounds from other rooms and corridor are heard too easy. A room is a bit too stuffy, since to avoid the noise, we kept the windows closed at night. |

Fabulous location just a stone's throw from San Marco, very efficient staff, very clean rooms, the breakfast was great with a large choice to everyone's taste - fresh fruit salad, 3 cereals, hot and cold eggs and ham/bacon, cakes, etc. Except for the church bells (which you get everywhere in Venice) it was very quiet. We choose this hotel because there we no negative comments and we haven't got any either! |

Venetian style. Localisation: just in center, but very quite and safe place (near carabineri guard point). Availability of balcons to sit and relax: with view to San Zaccaria church and tourists. At 7 a.m. you are waked-up by church bells :) Lack of vegetables during breakfest. |

Really friendly staff, even got me an adapter so I could charge my mobile. Central location, down a quiet side street. Highly reccommended! Extra pillows in room would be good but a very minor point. |

Beautiful hotel for the cost of 65 Euros per night in the ideal location. The staff treated us like we had paid top dollar and we were given the loft room with the private roof terrace. The breakfast, which was included in the price, was also excellent and the staff courteous and efficient. The hotel was probably the only time we experienced value for money during our entire trip to Venice! |

When we arrived, we found the hotel locked. We did not realise that it was connected to another hotel around the corner, so initially, we were rather worried. |

Goed ontbijt, leuke kamer, goede kamermeisjes, perfecte ligging, en vriendelijk personeel. Als we wat moeten bedenken, dan vonden we het bed beiden niet zo lekker liggen. |
