Very friendly staff. Very tiny but beautifully decorated and clean room. Great breakfast. Extremely central. In my case very good value for money (paid average of 70€ per night). |

Very clean room Good breakfast which was available until quite late No reception after 8pm. Information about need to go sister hotel for late arrivals would be useful. Not very efficient swipe cards |

When we arrived, we found the hotel locked. We did not realise that it was connected to another hotel around the corner, so initially, we were rather worried. |

This hotel is a real gem in terms of location, very quiet. Despite our room and shower room being on the small size ( I think we had one of the smaller ones but we did book very late!) it was comfortable & attractive. Staff were helpful & friendly. Great breakfasts. We'll certainly be back. |

The front desk staff were unhbelilevably helpful. The rooms were lovely, although one bathroom was quite small. The view made up for the size of the bath!! The breakfast wqs excellent. We were a family of 7, 1 single, 1 couple, 1 couple with a 17 month old and the "old folks", us! A great hotel, and we hope to visit again!! |

Closeness to major attractions and the Grand Canal. Easy access to water taxis. The front desk staff were excellent and did everything they could to assist us. We had an early morning departure May 24th and they made all the arrangements for a water taxi and assistance with luggage. Internet access was not available. |

Has the best selection on TV of any hotel where we have stayed. ALL the news channels and six English language entertaing / informative ones. |

location was great very close to San Marco Square and just beside vaparetto stop so very easy to find and for lugging bags. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Kept our luggage stored on our last day as our flight was not until that night. Great choice of breakfast to set us up for the day. Room was lovely and overall would highly recommend. |
