I was amazed at the cleanliness of the city considering the number of visitors each day the attractions were well kept and maintained, the historical sights were easy to find and explore. each corner had new surprises and things to explore. so much to do and see at every turn. would recommend a minimum of 3-4 full days to truly see half of what Florence has to offer.

The endlessly gorgeous architecture, charming streets, vibrant nightlife, and treasure trove of art everywhere you turn! The FOOD, which is almost invariably delicious -- including the produce at the supermarket, the amazingly cheap wine and coffee, and the stunningly wide selection of restaurants of all kinds. Just a fantastic and beautiful city. I could return here again and again.

I visited Florence April 19th thinking it was a good time since it is not summer yet. But I was wrong. Too many people, it takes away from the beauty of the place. The lines were huge everywhere and you really couldn't enjoy the museums since there was so many people and so much noise. It is a very disorganized city so they shouldn't allow so many visitors at the same time if they can't control it. And Italians not necessarily like visitors so they are not very helpful. It is very commercialized so it is starting to loose the authenticity. So much history and beautiful art , it is a shame they don't know how to manage the tourism. I don't plan to visit again.

We loved that you can walk everywhere easily and there is so much to do and see. They have great museums, shopping, etc. and the food is phenomenal & well priced. The uneven pavement and small sidewalks makes it a bit difficult. You definitely need comfortable walking shoes.

This is an interesting place, part of it is for long term students/international workers. It has a very artsy eclectic vibe. It was close to the train station and close enough to walk to the main attractions in Florence. The rooms were big for Florence, and there was free laundry in the basement which worked well. There is a very nice gym that my husband was happy to use, as most of our hotels in Italy have not had a gym. The best part of the hotel is the rooftop pool/bar! amazing views of the Duomo!

I have been visiting Florence regularly for several years. This is the first hotel that surprised us with a clear distinction from other accommodations in Italy. Quiet, clean, fragrant (!), with great friendly and helpful staff. Tasty breakfasts worth recommending. Excellent, well-connected location near major tourist attractions and great places to eat. The hotel is absolutely worth the price. (Hopefully not too many people want to visit it, because there will be no room for our next stay ;-))

Relais Tiffany is in a great location for exploring Florence and is close to the train station too if you're travelling. The room was comfortable and clean with AC and water, tea and coffee provided. Antonella was super helpful and sent through a list of recommendations beforehand including where to eat, drink etc. She also helped us plan how to get to our next destination in Italy and was really flexible with us when it came to leaving our bags after check out time. Lovely hotel, very helpful staff and one of the best rooms we stayed in on our 3-week holiday in Italy. The breakfast was reasonable, and as always the coffee didnt disappoint. it was around an 8-10 min walk to the duomo and had lots of interesting coffee, gelato and restaurants on the way there. 5 min walk to a carrefour market for basic necessities. and Firenze is, well Firenze :-) Try out Trattoria Zaza for some really good italian pasta and seafood!

Wow! What a Fantastic treasure is this place in the best location in Florence. Very clean, vary spacious, super quiet. Even though you are 2 min from Ponte Vecchio, you can not hear any sounds due to double glass windows. Great A/C in the bedrooms to cool down in hit summer days. I've never stayed in a hotel in Italy with such a spacious bathroom. Large bath towls. Top quality vanities. I like the hardwood floors as it keeps everything clean too.
