Sonia and Silvia are running a small and beautiful place. It was the warmest reception I ever received when on a vacation. If you are a family person or someone who really want to have a "home" feeling – go there. Small, clean, service... And much more.

The staff was very friendly. Upon our arrival we even received a map with the nearest points of interest and best locations for food. Breakfast buffet was great, the room had even a view on the Garda lake. Would definitely recommend it for a week-end trip.

The girls working at the hotel were very friendly and had fun interacting with my 16 month old daughter. They gave us the family room after we arrived seeing that we had a young child with us. The new room had much more space for all our stuff that we need for our daughter. The bed wasn't very comfortable. The middle was sunk in a little and the bed was too firm as well.

Die beiden Zwillingsschwestern, die das Hotel betreiben sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie führen es mit Liebe zum Detail. Wir fahren auf alle Fälle wieder dort hin.

Freundlichkeit und Servicegrad des Personals, liebevoll aufbereitetes Frühstücksbuffet im Garten, großzügiger Garten mit Entspannungsmöglichkeiten, Barbetrieb bis 23 Uhr auch im Garten, zahlreiche Lokale in kurzer Zeit über Uferpromenade zu Fuß erreichbar (Cisano 5 Minuten, Bardolino 20 MInten)

Gästvänligt familjeägt, litet hotell. Fick många tips om restauranger, aktiviteter mm. Bra frukostbuffé ute på terassen. Härlig trädgård för relax. Nära stranden och till Bardolino centrum. Perfekt för långa promenader längs Gardasjöns strand. Vi åker gärna tillbaka.

Die das Hotel führenden Schwestern sind äußerst hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend - ein Servicequalität, die man selbst bei manchen 4-Sterne-Hotels vergeblich sucht. Die Lage (ruhig in der zweiten Reihe) und die Ausstattung (u.a. Parkplatz direkt am Hotel u. wifi) der Villa Katy sind gut, das Frühstücksbuffet (bei gutem Wetter auf der Terrasse) sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit einem tollen Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Erwartungen an eine Zwei-Sterne-Unterkunft wurden deutlich übertroffen! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Sehr freundliche und herzliche Atmosphäre. Schöne Lage direkt am See. Die Zimmer wurden täglich geputzt, überhaupt ist das Hotel einschließlich Terasse und Garten in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Liebevoll arrangiertes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbufett. Der Aufenthalt war sehr entspannend, wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Das Hotel wird sehr freundlich und familiär geführt, aufmerksamer Service beim Frühstück, feiner Cappuccino, kleiner, ruhiger Garten zum Wohlfühlen. Sehr sauber. Jeden Tag waren die Handtücher liebevoll zu kleinen Kunstwerken drappiert! Zimmer und Dusche ziemlich klein, kaum Ablageflächen in der Dusche.

очень теплый стафф-две сестры близняшки сильвия и софия обаяли нас своим вниманием.номер с видом на озеро.хоть отель и две звезды,но тянет на полные три,уютный сад.может и дороговато,но на гарде все так.интернет ловил нормально

Sehr freundliche Hotelmitarbeiter. Jederzeit bereit auf Fragen Auskunft zu geben. Auch éxtrawünsche werden, wenn möglich gerne erfüllt. Das Frühstück war mit sehr viel liebe angerichtet. Zimmer jeden Tag mit einer überraschung dekoriert.

Hotellet har ett perfekt läge nära till stranden och personalen är mycket trevliga. Fick ett rum med sjöutsikt utan problem. Frukosten i trädgården håller hög klass.

Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, vielseitig, immer frisch, auch für Spätaufsteher. Sehr gepflegte kleine Anlage, man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Die Handtücher sind teilweise in wunderschönen Skulpturen bereitgelegt, umrahmt von Blüten der Vegetation in der Anlage - die sehr aufmerksamen Inhaberinnen verleihen dadurch dem kleinen sehr sauberen Hotel eine ganz besondere Note. Wir waren überrascht, mit welcher Hingabe und welchem Einfallsreichtum ein Hotel geführt werden kann. Ein Glanzpunkt unter den dortigen Mitbewerbern(Gastronomie). Sehr zu empfehlen ! ! !
