Our stay in the Villa Kinsiza was top notch. We cannot fault this hotel one bit. The hotel staff go above and beyond to ensure your stay is to the best standard. They made our holiday feel very special and they really added the personal touch. Expensive enough but you can what you pay for. Hotel, staff and service all 10 out of 10. |

Attentive and helpful staff. Beautiful location, relaxing. Superb terrace with dining and seating. Free bike hire! Good food at both restaurant and breakfast. The music on the terrace. |

Lovely location by the Lake and set in beautiful gardens with decent size swimming pool. Very friendly and helpful staff. Regular boats within easy walking distance so you can visit Monte Isola. |

The Italian character of the hotel with period furnishings, much artwork and attention to style. Friendly and very helpful staff ensured an excellent short holiday. Location close to Sale Marasino railway station was beneficial to travel around the Lake area. . |

Hotel was very pretty,clean, breakfast had a good choice and we were always last down this was never a problem. the atmosphere was relaxing and the staff were very accomodating. |

This is a gem of a hotel with very friendly staff. You feel like a guest in a country villa. Facilities excellent and spacious. We opted for half board once there, as there are not many places to eat unless you drive. 10 minutes walk to local town for icecream, local market, boat to little villages. A car is beneficial but not strictly necessary. Quiet, peaceful and relaxing break. Pool great. The bathrooms were great, but the shower was more of a trickle. Main road did not bother use re noise. |

The hotel staff was excellent. I was concerned about the language problems. However, the staff spoke excellent english. The staff also went the extra mile to answer our questions about the area and provided easy driving directions to local areas of interest and to Milan, airport, etc. Bicycles provided by the hotel were in pretty bad shape. The area is excellent for cycling. We were disappointed that the bikes were almost useless. |

Attractive pool area and a great restaurant. Location. Noisy road and no other bar/cafe/shops within walking distance. An excellent stopover en route rather than destination hotel. |

country house feel, lovely furnishings and art work, English speaking staff, garden was relaxing and secluded - not "vast" as claimed in materials, but large. Food fantastic - complimentary refreshments available all day.Flowers used to decorate hotel were lovely. |

De vriendelijkheid van het personel , de extra thee, tuin met zwembad, luxueus ontbijt. Het avondmaal was niet in verhouding met de prijs. Een heel luidruchtige afzuiging van de keuken(ook 'snachts). |
