The family atmosphere. The personal service. Nice decorations. The sounds of the birds in the morning.

The basic breakfast.

The hotel was extremely comfortable and the welcome from the staff was very warm. All members of the staff were helpful and spoke good English. Breakfast was plentiful and good. It is well located for the ferry across to the island which is worth a visit especially if you like walking.

It is a shame that the restaurant attached to the hotel is run as a completely different enterprise. For a 4 star hotel one would have expected there to be room service for food (we would have liked to have had a snack supper in our room on one of the evenings but this was not obviously available). The restauant is quite expensive and as we had used public transport to reach the hotel we were rather limited in finding places to eat (absolutely necessary as the restauant is closed on Sunday and Monday evenings). Luckily there is a very good value restaurant/pizzeria a 5 minute walk past the cemetary that we can highly recommend.

An excellent stay and very enjoyable, made even better by the attentive and professional staff. They helped in lots of ways out of their normal duties and made our stay their priority. This is not often seen even in the high end hotels we have stayed in and makes it easy to recommend this hotel above them. The hotel is in a beautiful setting and was perfect for what we wanted, in this case a relaxing resting place whilst we attended the Monza f1 gp. After the race we chilled out and this hotel really made our stay memorable in all the nicest ways. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Very romantic stay good service fine swimming pool, the decoration is so nice you feel you at home from first minute you arrive.

The staff, the location of the hotel and the restaurant were all excellent.We booked for one night but we stayed for four nights. That should indicate how much we enjoyed the hotel, the restaurant and the location.

It would have been nice of the Wi-Fi availability did not depend on having a personal laptop or phone app. Providing one or two terminals for guests would have made it more convenient.

Some noise from nearby road at front of hotel.

- der superschöne Garten - das tolle Essen (steht im Michelin) - das sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Personal - Fahrräder zur freien Verfügung

- etwas unruhig, da vor dem Haus die Uferstraße und hinter dem Haus die Bahnlinie verläuft - Klimaanlage war nicht eingeschaltet - lästig bei 30 Grad, entbehrlich bei 18-20 Grad

Eher kleines Hotel, nette Einrichtung und Atmosphäre.

La posizione sul lago (di fronte a Monte Isola), la cura degli interni e dei dettagli, le bici a disposizione degi ospiti, l'abbondante colazione e la gentilezza del personale fanno di questa struttura un posto da consigliare ed in cui ritornare.

Hotel molto curato. Gentile e disponibile lo staff. Ambiente di charme e confortevole. Ottima la cucina con proposte innovative ed equilibrate. Abbiamo trascorso un a rilassante vacanza. Da consigliare.

Una persona gentilissima la sera ci ha detto che avevamo a disposizione le biciclette, la mattina dopo un'altra ci ha detto che erano tutte dal manutentore. Uscendo ne ho viste di disponibili. Ma per il resto ci siamo trovati benissimo
