For anyone visiting the Chianti's country, for the first time , is the place to stay.This is a very charming and pleasant hotel, extremely quiet rooms with a great view from our suite.Comfortable bathroom with jacuzzi,good food and nice service. |

The receptionist was outstanding. Very friendly and welcoming. Our room and the resort was also of a very high standard. Very quiet location which we enjoyed but maybe not for everyone. |

It was nice, the swimming pool was to cold for swimming, the elevator did not work for few days and they didn't fix it, and the food was rather poor and the price for it was too expensive. Too many times their were no answer at the reception. The bath was too small and with no window and any other facility of fresh air. The building is nice and rather clean. |

They can't call that a resort regarding North American standards. The bar service is on demand and takes an eternity. This place has a serious lack of personnel, which greatly affect the service. As well, there are not enough cleaners and sometimes your room is not clean before 5 pm, which is not acceptable for such place like this. This place is superb and very technological but the problem is the personnel. The food is horrible, regarding the quality and tasting. They are not even able to cook a beef filet. The service at the restaurant and the bar are very very slow. We want to the restaurant two times and it tooks about one hour before a serve came. The personnel at the reception were impolite and didn't care about complains. |

The surroundings of the hotel are marvelous. Very serene and beautiful. Great pool area. Breakfast is way too poor for extra 10 EUR per person. The price for the internet also is unacceptable. |

The villa is at a beautiful hill-top location, though there are many other similar accomodation around the area. Airconditioning will not be switched on until June. There is no more hot water after mid-night. It is a beautiful place. But there is nothing close by. The hotel staff is not helpful when we asked about what is around to do or to see. |
