La posizione e la location sono splendide:in una antica villa vicinissima a Bagnaia circondata dal verde. Camere grandi, arredate un po' pesantemente ma gradevolmente affacciate nel verde. Il servizio è, purtroppo, inesistente: perfino I bagagli bisogna portarli da sè fino alla camera e l'assenza dell'ascensore o anche di un montacarichi ci ha costretto a trascinarli lungo le due-tre rampe di scale salendo e scendendo diverse volte, sia in arrivo che in partenza; anche la pulizia lascia a desiderare in quanto superficiale e poco attenta: dal cambio delle lenzuola. Che un avviso in camera, peraltro molto bella, stabilisce bisettimanale (sigh), all'odore di polvere della tappezzeria, che all'arrivo quasi toglieva il fiato, al bagno, grande e spazioso, dove però la biancheria di Frette non riesce completamente a compensare la scarsa accuratezza nelle pulizie.

Casa di charme, piacevole il poter vivere all'aperto sia nel bel giardino, sia sull'ampio terrazzo. Camera che in realtà era un appartamento molto ben organizzato. La colazione non risponde ai livelli qualitativi alti dell'hotel.

Voor wie houdt van ontspanning, privacy/persoonlijke aandacht, rust. Villa op platteland met slechts een paar kamers, eigenlijk meer een Bed & Breakfast. Allerliefste eigenaresse, geen Engels!. Zwembad, tuin, romantische kamers.

Het waren ruime en mooie kamers, met alle comfort.de gastvrouw is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ligt ook uitstekend, dicht bij viterbo en andere attracties. Het enige minpunt is dat het ontbijt nogal karig is. Maar ik ben er zeker van dat de gastvrouw openstaat om dit aan te passen.

Wunderschönes Haus mit Park, antikes Ambiente, großzügige und schön eingerichtete Zimmer. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Eigentümer. Günstige Lage zum Bolsenasee oder nach Orvieto und Rom.

Il contesto in cui è inserita la villa consente, a chi lo desidera, di trascorrere dei giorni in assoluta tranquillità. La gentilezza e la disponibilità dei proprietari rendono il soggiorno ancora più rilassante. necessità di recarsi con un mezzo proprio.
