Villa La Fonte 14 is an ancient and carefully restored house near Ripatransone, in the province of Ascoli Piceno, in the southern part of the Marche region. This villa is located in an excellent location with sea view, surrounded by vineyards and sunflowers fields, a few steps from the town centre of Ripatransone. The villa is surrounded by a very well-kept lawn with flowerbeds, shrubs and fruit trees. The swimming pool is placed in the terrace below the villa and enjoys a breathtaking view of the valley that extends itself to the sea. The pool is completely fenced and is provided with Roman steps and an area suitable for children. Equipped with loungers and parasols in the wide solarium area, it is connected to the villa by a stone walkway that crosses the green garden.
