Luxurious Caesar House enjoys an exclusive location overlooking the Roman Forum, just around the corner from the Coliseum.
Score from 202 reviews Excellent
A 4 minute walk from the Pantheon, this elegant guesthouse is just behind the Teatro Argentina Theater in central Rome. All air-conditioned rooms have a flat-screen TV and parquet floors.
Score from 45 reviews Wonderful
The Twentyone is a modern boutique hotel on Via Cola di Rienzo, one of Rome's best shopping streets. Castel Sant'Angelo and the historic center are just a pleasant 10-minute walk away.
Score from 1666 reviews Very good
Right next to the Trevi Fountain, the Relais serves breakfast out on its terrace overlooking this world-famous fountain. Rooms have an elegant design and come with free Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
Score from 211 reviews Very good
Luxurious, stylish, incredibly friendly staff, ideally placed to reach most of Rome's main sights on foot, with a Michelin Starred restaurant to boot. We are looking forward to celebrating future anniversaries at this lovely hotel.
Very nice villa by the Tiber river. Exellent service and staffs. We chose 2 types of room, one room has a small kitchen. Nearby Vatican City and many interested historic places. We really like their private resturant providing the delicious Italian food and good wine in dinner. The breakfast is also fantastic. We want to come back again.
Excellent value Hotel grounds are lush with trees and wonderful outdoor settings Restaurant associated with hotel is Michelin one-star rated nothing about this place is like other hotels in the city
I didn't have a longer time to fully enjoy the fantastic spread they laid out for breakfast, as we had to leave for the airport
Absolutely beautiful grounds with an intimate park-like ambiance. Comfortable and stylish accommodations with a cool mix of modern fashion and traditional architecture. All of the staff were wonderful hosts and so helpful during my stay.
I wish I didn't have to leave.
We telephoned the very friendly reception team from England to alert them to our plane arriving late at night and they assured us we could check in late and they could organise private airport transfers. It was a great start being met from the airport by our driver and then driving up to a stunning gated villa. The place is classy and quirky. We loved the original Fendi designs framed on the walls and the individual decor of our room(Atelilier) -this is a villa so the bedrooms are not purpose built - hence some reviewers making negative comments about bathrooms being small. We felt all the spaces had been optimised to include extras such as a kitchenette, and steps up to a lovely private terrace. Our room was so quiet we slept like babies! This is superb value so close to the city- breakfast was super, served in a stunning reception room with frescoed ceilings. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful. We look forward to coming back - next time with our daughters.
the breakfast the decoration the setting
the staff not really helpful
WiFi at the room did not work.
We recently returned from a trip to Paris, Geneva and Rome, our stay here was perfect. The villa itself is beautiful, very well appointed. The staff was gracious and caring. Our room was upgraded to ensure I was comfortable at 6 4' tall, without asking. The restaurant is great we are breakfast two days and dinner one night, Luigi was excellent as was the sommelier. We will be back.
A place of elegance and refinement, that I always return to with pleasure. The spirit, personality and taste of Ms. Fendi permeate every single room and space. Great artwork, kind and helpful staff, elaborate breakfast in a wonderful setting...
The villa and it's garden are beautiful. Breakfast is marvelous. Staff is very attentive and friendly. The location slightly off center is perfect: away from the tourist crowds but in walking distance of town center. Would go back anytime.
Our room had not such good air conditioning.
This place was fabulous!! Highlights were many, but here are a few: right next to Tiber River, where there is a riverwalk and restaurants/bars on the river; our own private courtyard; extremely courteous staff; bicycle rental; excellent wine selection; excellent Michelin-rated resataurant; reasonably priced; a litte off the beaten path but not too far off. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Like all European hotels, the bathroom, especially the shower, was a little small.
The staff, the comfort, the housekeeping, and the locale all coalesced in perfect lodging.
There's nothing I disliked.
Beautifully designed and furnished room in a beautiful villa in a calm area around the vatican but still only about a 10 minute walk to the metro station Lepanto and 20 minutes walk across the bridge gets you to Piazzo de Popolo. Lovely breakfast and wifi in the rooms.
Gorgeous hotel with beautiful rooms and a very romantic atmosphere! Very helpful staff.
A very simple breakfast considering the price.. and you have to pay extra if you want eggs or warm dishes (15 Euros for eggs).
Pretty decorations, friendly staff. Good food.
Breakfast was confusing. Somewhat frustrating to have the toaster not plugged in, always asking for milk for cereal. Bicycles for hire had problems with the tyres and seats.
A perfect boutique hotel.
Location for walking to all locations is great, Restaurant good, pretty Villa,
Over priced. Also worse Got Locked in the morning we were trying to leave for airport 6:30 AM.Need key to leave doors to exit building before 7AM ,None worked ! We had to leave by the one window we could open ,and jump out with suitcases. Crazy, what if there was a fire you are locked in from 11PM-7AM with no staff in building!
Excellent, exquisite hotel in classic roman villa with designer style rooms. Owned by Fendy, filled with original designer drawings. Stayed in crystal room with terrace overlooking garden. Top! Hotel comes with Michelin star restaurant. First class buffet style breakfast, wide selection of fresh fruit, Pastries, marmalade, Fresh juices , cheese, ham, procuito and many more. Just outside of busy (hectic) city center. Good restaurants in neigboorhood. Relatively closeby Metro&Bus. Near to Tiber river, with bicicle road of pedriastrian path towards Palazzo di Giustizia and Castel Sant'Angelo towards Vatican. Vatican only 2 metro stops away, Spanish Steps 10 mins walk.
I don't have enough time to explain how unbelievably incredible it was. The staff, all of them, every single one, was ---how should I say this---freakin' awesome and the best of them is Paul. I think his position is director but whatever it is---believe me, if you ever go there and need any assistance of any kind.....He will not only bend over backwards but will jump through hoops, climb a mountain, wrestle a hungry jaguar----whatever it takes, he will do. I just do not have enough kind words or the vocabulary to express how wonderful he and the staff are. I cannot say enough. Off the charts wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If there had been something, it was completely erased by the magnificence of Paul and his crew or employees. Oh, if everywhere I went there were people to assist that are as wonderful as those at Villa Laetitia.
Loved the decor of the room, the daily free breakfast, helpful staff.
Ants in my room, a blouse was taken by housekeeping, then miraculously found, far from most sightseeing.
We especially liked the staff, the helped us reach destinations by bus like the Fontanone. Breakfast was lovely. The room was fun, individual, and had everything we wanted. The restaurant was superb.
We didn't have time to take a bikeride with the bicycles provided.
Villa Laetitia is located in the Prati district of Rome. It is a 10 minute walk to the Piazza di Spagna and the tourist area - that is exactly why we liked it - quiet, with discrete elegance. The staff is fantastic, as is the ambiance.
Loved it all, especially our small garden terrace and fitted kitchen.
Everything, what a brilliant Hotel and offering. We'll recommend to all of our friends who stay in Rome.
The variety of breakfast breads (not sweet) and very good coffee. Queit blocks giving a secure feeling while walking from downtown to the hotel. The underground station Lepanto is within walking distance. We can really recommend this hotel.
Change too frequently of towels, a more environmental approach is appreciated. Too much sweet cakes etc offered at breakfast, maybe this is the continental style but not for us. We also missed boiled eggs.
