The hotel is perfectly located and the one of the best I've ever stayed. Small and cosy. We'd like to come back there with our children. |

We loved our stay in the hotel. The location was excellent, close to the vaporetta stops. The room was large, clean and nicely furnished. The view of Venice and the lagoon were beautiful. Breakfast room was lovely and the breakfast offered a wide choice and enough for everyone. We were also lucky enough to get a great rate but I would pay the full price to stay there again. |

The Hotel has an excellent location for getting in and out of Venice. The hotel arranged to have a water taxi pick us up when we got off our cruise ship and deliver us directly to the hotel's dock. When we were ready to go into Venice we walked less than 150 metres to the Vaporetto station that took us to St. Marc's square in about 12 minutes. When we were ready to leave we walked about 150 metres to the Vaporetto station that took us to the airport (13 euros each, 50 minute ride). When you consider the money you can save in transportation costs this hotel is a real bargain. |

The location, the suite, are excellent. Close to public water taxi that take you anywhere. Cottage looking hotel. Open airie rooms Staff were polite, well mannered. On a scale of 1 - 10 I rate them a 6. It felt like we were just more people they had to deal with and would rather be somewhere else. |

We loved this hotel! We booked it because of the good reviews and this turned out to be a good choice. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the room was fantastic, the breakfast delicious (with a beautiful view) and the location near the vaporetta was also excellent. We can recommend it to anyone! |

Villa Laguna is very well located for trips to Venice. Lido is more peaceful than Venice proper and has much smaller rat population. The hotel is only a few steps away from il vaporetto and it takes only 10 min to get to San Marco Sq. The view of Venice from the hotel windows is magnificent. At the reduced internet rate the hotel was a good value for money. The main shortcoming of the hotel room was a small and lousy bathroom. It would make more sense to extend it by getting rid of a tiny kitchenette, which is not usable anyway because it doesn't have pots and pans. The staff tries to be helpful, but is not very competent. The restaurant is very nicely located but quite expensive, even for Venice's prices. |

The staff were excellent! Fantastic first impressions as we were escorted up to our room and evertything was explained to us. Infact everything about this hotel was excellent, even though our airconditioning was not working on the first night, everything else made up for it!!! I would highly recommend this hotel when visiting Venice - it takes you away from the hustle and bustle of busy venice, yet venice is easy access by water taxi or water bus. It was too expensive to use the "kitchen" area. One would think that if you have booked a suite then the kitchen should be included in the room rate. Wifi was also a little costly. |

The views across the lagoon of Venice from the hotel window were fantastic. Staff were attentive & helpful & the breakfast was very good. The location was excellent for a relaxing break, yet close enough to reach Venice for siteseeing. There wasn't a shower in the bathroom and the water taxi route was right outside the window. |

The outside garden area with views across the Lagoon towards Venice at sunset. The convienient position for transport into Venice and not to far from the beach across the Lido (10 mins walk). Breakfast in the conservatory was good although it would have been nice to be able to sit the garden area for it. Our room was on the roadside so didn't benefit from views or have a bacony. The shower head was broken and had to be held up by hand. Parking was on a nearby road (1 euro per hour - 08.00 till 20.00). |

The hotel's restaurant was excellent and also has lovely views across the water towards the City. Very convenient for trips to Venice itself.I would most definitely stay there again, not least for the food ! bathroom smelt a bit ''damp'' at times. The hotels parking is actually about 700 metres away and is a little inconvenient (but that's Venice) |

Everything. We booked a suite with a lagoon view, and were not disappointed. Great view, and only around 100 meters or so to the vaporetta station. Comfortable rooms with efficient air conditioning. Friendly and helpful staff, most of whom spoke very good English, and graciously allowed us to stutter in horrible Italian. Oh, and tv that offered English-language audio on several Sky digital channels. Not that we wasted much time watching tv... Not the best selection at breakfast time, but what was on offer was tasty enough. Other than that, absolutely no issues. We only wish we could have stayed longer... |

Great location. right next to vaporetto stop the just 10 minutes from the San Marco square. 10 minutes walk to the beaches. Great service, room is huge , we got a one bedroom suite with a couch in the living room, would have been perfect if we took our kids ( ha ha ). Real breakfast unlike some other place which serve just coffee and croissant. this one has cheeses, cold cuts ,cereals, fruits, eggs, juices , pastries etc. little tiny thing - when you enter a room you have to insert a security card into a slot in the wall and this makes all the electric stuff work. Once you pull this card out everything is switched off. we could not charge our portable devices while we were out ( camera, laptop, phone ) , we had to it it at night, not a big deal you just have to ready for it. Also when my wife went downstairs to talk to a concierge I was in the shower , so she took the card with her, which left me in the dark , she thought it was funny..... |

Lovely hotel with amazing Venezia and S. Marco view . Beautiful terrace for lunch, dinner and sunset view. Very friendly, pleasing, agreeable staff. Clean, nice, comfortable apartment. Very good breakfast, with fresh fruit. My room was on the road side, without view, and was noisy. Wifi was not free. The use of the kitchen had very high extra charge. |

Everything! From the warmth of the reception, Carlo and so many others, to the absolute beauty of the setting! The location was incredible...and the views stunning!!! Watching the sunset while sitting on the terrace or gardens having an evening cocktail was breath taking! The suite was amazing! Roomy...incredible Charm...high ceilings... Nope...really everything was great! I know that sounds crazy...but we are very particular about where we stay. In fact...we were staying in Venice and had a horrible experience...made a trip to the island...and decided after the first night to move to Villa Laguna.....and it totally made our trip! Never happier! We travel the world over... |
