This hotel is located in a prime spot right next to the water bus stop. It is a beautiful hotel and our bedroom (suite) was wonderful. They have a wonderful garden on the waters edge, with comfy chairs to relax in and watch the sun go down. Food excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back but ask for waterside room. Our room was on the road side and was rather noisy as there were roadworks! |

Lovely hotel with amazing views, great staff. there was a problem wiht the bathroom. it looked asthough it had just been renovated (beautifuly) however, there was no 'lip' at the side of the bath - so whenever the shower was used, the water ran along the side of the bath and onto the floor of the bathroom, which meant that we had the full watery Venice experince in our bathroom, with regular floods. W |

excellent service, room size and catering facilities in the room (kitchen and living room). Excellent views of the Laguna and very pleasant outside seating area. Very convenient location, a few minutes away from the vaporetto stop. |

In general a very good impression. The room had a small kitchen. We were told that if we use it, even to drink water, we'll be charged extra 20 euro for cleaning. The breakfast could have a larger variety... |
