Very beautiful and stylish rooms and absolutely quiet. Internet was not working in the room. Sourrounding nature is nice but all private, you can walk anly along the main roads. |

We had a fantastic two days stay at Villa Le Maschere during the autumn. The surroundings and the building is rely nice - a fantastic renaissance villa. The restaurant was good, but maybe a bit expensive and to few courses (if you have a longer stay). Nice pool area and garden. The service was (as you can expect) good. |

Located perfectly for day trips to anywhere in Northern Italy, very high quality and camp design. We seemed to be there during a soft opening, some facilities were lacking, for example, you couldn't get a drink by the poolside, the staff didn't seem to know much, air con didn't work in our room and nobody could get it too work, the restaurant was high quality but too pretentious and the portions were just too nouveau cuisine... |

Rooms large & nicely furnished. Breakfast was good.Pool area relaxing & grounds good for walks.Reception staff friendly & knowledgable. Waitrons had limited understanding of orders at meals. Further from Florence than we had expected. |

This hotel was quiet and located in a nice place with a big park and a romantic swimming pool. The travel to Florence was easy and nice, using the regional road. The hotel is well equiped with modern and quality equipments. The hotel staff was efficient and always dedicated taking a lot of attention to us. The hotel staff is very well speaking multi languages and this remark is valid for people attached to the the reception, but also to prepare breakfast, dinners.... Thanks to the hotel people for their attention ! The first room offered when we arrived wasn't clean, but immediatly the reception manager selected for us an other room with a bigger size, but at the same price. This room was ok, but requiring a little more daily attention to improve the cleanliness of the floor. The daily breakfast, need to be improved to not have all days the same meals ; during our 12 days, we found every day the same qualtity of sausage, cheese....... and this could be improved as this Tuscany region has a lot to propose Except we were very happy to be loacted in this place for our vacations. |

The atmophere is perfect and the personal friendly. The rooms exiting and we will be back for sure. The perfect place to relax with the family. The restaurant was very good and the service level is top. Some things we missed for example a terras outside to enjoy some good wines they have. Some more beds around the swimming pool, and the possibility to have diner outside, we Dutch like to sit outside during summer because in our country its nearly possible. A toilet near the swimming pool should be handy. Also the Spa & Wellness was not finished which I promissed my wife |

Very nice, luxury hotel. They just finished renovating (it took 7 years) but it has the result to show for, beyond beautiful. During our stay the welnnes area wasn't ready but therefore we had a very good price. Food and Beverage are not cheap but hey, what do you expect from a 5 star hotel (lunch € 80, cup of tea € 5) but the quality of the food was certainly outstanding. Very friendly, helpfull staff. We will certainy pay another visit when the wellness is finished cause it looks very promising indeed! Lots of peace and quiet. Beautiful surroundings. Hotel has huge grounds (nature park) where you can enjoy a nice walk or run. We can recommend this hotel to everyone. |

This is really one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in... What a beautifull place! Everything is new, the finishing touch is perfect. The staff is very professional. Swimming pool very peacefull, with stunning view on the tuscan hills. The restaurant is good, for breakfast: no buffet, but you choose anything you want and the chef prepare it fresh for you! Book here, you won't be dissapointed... |

Se trata de una villa antigua que ofrece las comodidades más modernos por estar íntegramente reformado. Es enormamente tranquilo y romántico pq está en medio del countryside Quizá la decoración tan moderna invita a observarla y puede ser fría para disfrutar de ella |

El cuidado detalle de cada rincón...la increíble restauración del Palacio..Los Jardines...Todo...una auténtica gozada en medio de la naturaleza a 50 Km de Florencia y un lugar base para conocer la Toscana.. Lástima que el spa no estuviera aún en funcionamiento...parece ser que estará a fín de año.. |

Het hotel ziet er schitterend, sprookjesachtig uit (open sinds maart 2009). Receptie zeer professioneel. Wellnessfaciliteiten bleken nog niet gereed te zijn. Hotel is niet gericht op dagje luieren bij hotel. Prijzen eten en vooral drinken zijn buiten proportie. Tegenover het hotel zit een geweldig leuk betaalbaar restaurantje, dat maakt veel goed. |

Sehr ruhige Lage, perfekt zum entspannen. Fantastisch eingerichtetes Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Bett. Das Zimmer sowie die ganze Hotelanlage war immer sauber. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Am Pool waren zu wenig Liegestühle. Der Wellnessbereich ist noch nicht fertig gebaut, daher noch nicht offen. Das Nachtessen im Hotel war zu teuer. |

We waren onder de indruk van het prachtige 5 sterren-hotel, de kamers zijn magnifiek en smaakvol ingericht, het personeel is heel vriendelijk, luxueus en stijlvol hotel in een prachtige omgeving! Als er 1 minpuntje moet genoemd worden, zou ik vermelden dat er net iets te weinig ligzetels rond het zwembad staan. |
