При размещении всех детей младше 3 лет на детских кроватях взимается EUR 10,00 с человека за ночь.
При размещении всех детей старшего возраста или взрослых на дополнительных кроватях взимается EUR 15,00 с человека за ночь.
Максимальная вместимость дополнительных/детских кроватей в номере - 1.
Дополнительные кровати предоставляются по запросу. Требуется подтверждение со стороны отеля о предоставлении данной услуги.
Дополнительные услуги не включаются автоматически в общую стоимость и оплачиваются отдельно в отеле.

Location, but online it did not say anything about a b and b or hostel and that it was I was thinking it was a hotel . I was disapointed. There was nothing good about this place... Sorry but it true.. |

The location is good approx 1mile (17min walk) from the Leaning Tower. The room we had was clean & spacious. If your requirements are basic then this is ok. The Villa itself has massive potential in a nice location.The free internet is a real plus, particularly for travellers booking travel ahead adhoc. front gardens with tables and chairs also a plus as is the honesty bar. The girl who ran the place spoke good english and was pleasant and extremley helpful. Pound for Pound like Piza, the Villa did not match up to our other places we stayed in Tuscany (Particularly Florence). Because we had a early flight home, we ever had breakfast but we wern't offered a alternative either. Personally, I would do Piza for 1/2 day visit to see sights which are impressive and stay eleswhere as Piza is a little rundown and dirty. |

This hotel claimed to be a Bed & Breakfast yet there was no such service available. Also, there was an awful sewer gas smell in the bathroom...it was just terrible!!! It was in the middle of less than desirable neighborhood. The streets were less than clean, lots of dog mess on the sidewalks and lots of barking dogs. Much traffic noise during all times of day. |

Easy to get a bus into town. Staff were fairly clueless. Bathroom was dirty. Slats on bed broken. Room very hot on arrival so ended up getting bitten by lots of mosquitos. Room was also very noisy - on bottom floor by reception where people seemed to congregate. Also seemed to be shared rooms for backpackers on this floor. |

Very nice atmosphere, the rooms had a lot of space. There is a bus to the station and you can walk to the monuments. Simple but very nice!! There is no breakfast, but they call it "bed and breakfast", that is strange. I would think it would be an idea to serve a simple breakfast with croissants and coffee/ tea it would be perfect specially in the garden, which is very nice! |

Spacious room. Balcony with nice aspect. It was in a good area. Friendly staff. The lack of the advertised "airport shuttle"! Tiled floor a bit dirty. |

Room for 4 was very clean, but shower had a few problems. Staff was very cooperative and allowed us to use the shower after trip to beach. Romance is in the air. |

the hotel is quite close to the tower, the rooms were quite large and adequate for our stay, it would be somewhere i would stay again if i ever went back to pisa,the place is very italian so don't expect bacon and eggs nearby! |

rooms were big and perfect for family staying together... also if you're driving .... perfect location. It was a 25 minute walk from the railway station. As we were travelling with 2 bags and on a budget this location was not suitable for us. Also the bathroom probably was having some water problems as there was an odour from the room. |

Solamente que está bien ubicado y que tiene parada de autobus enfrente de la casa. No hay nadie en recepción, la puerta de la habitación no se podía cerrar, camas ruidosísimas , la calefacción apagada en el mes de diciembre, sin gel y champú en el cuarto de baño....... etc. Es carísimo para lo que ofrecen. |

Het hotel lag op loopafstand van het centrum. Openbaar vervoer was heel dichtbij en de kamer was ruim. alle bedden waren van slechte kwaliteit en kraakten hetgeen de nachtrust niet ten goede kwam. De afvoer van de wasbak op de in de douchruimte was verstopt. Er is geen vaste receptie om wensen of gerieven te bespreken. |

gelegen op slechts 15 minuten lopen van de toren. er wordt geen ontbijt geserveerd, dus mag het mijn inziens geen B&B genoemd worden. Op de site wordt gesproken over een airportshuttle maar ook die rijdt er geen. |

bonne situation ,accueil farfelu , grande chambre avec terrasse manque équipement essentiel: les portes doivent être claquée pour fermer.pas un seul accrochage dans la salle de bain, pas de gobelet pour les dents, une seule serviette par personne et pas éponge . jamais vu responsable . reçu clef n°5 pour chambre n° 6 . beaucoup de bricolage par amateur, convient pour jeunes campeurs |

Het is een simpel hotel, schoon en perfect centraal gelegen. Stad is goed aan te lopen en er zijn leuke winkeltjes in de buurt. Al met al een een aanrader voor een snel bezoekje aan Pisa. |

Zeer net hotel en zeer goed bereikbaar. Parkeren is er geen probleem. Op een steenworp afstand van de Pisa toren. Het bed piepte heel erg. |
