le bon accueil de la réceptionniste, en l'occurrence française. Propreté des chambres et charme d'un hôtel familial. le petit déjeuner n'a rien d'extraordinaire ...; pas de vrais jus de fruits , pain et viennoiseries pas bons. Pas de climatisation, dommage au mois d'août! |

Belle chambre au prix raisonnable. Une fois la fenêtre fermée la circulation ne gêne plus ...mais l'été, sans clim, le jugement serait différent. Au 1er étage vous ne dormez pas avant le départ des clients du restaurant (très bruyant). Accueil du patron très réservé, mais pas franchement antipathique. |

The location was almost right on Lake Como with adequate parking on site that was easy to access. The room was large and the bath very nicely updated and modern. The view from our balcony was fantastic. The pizzas in the restaurant were good and varied. There is a road between the hotel and the lake. This would not be a problem except for the lack of air conditioning. For ventilation, the balcony doors must remain open which allows all the road noise, particularly that of the obnoxiously noisy Italian motor scooters, in with the air. The staff is not overly friendly or helpful, and only two speak English. The buffet breakfast is adequate at best. |

Very clean, tidy and comfortable. Balcony outside over looking lake, most relaxing. Shower great and double glazed windows made it quite when shut. Had dinner first night, very good service and meals great. Total for two with wine 56 Euro (2 Courses-especially the fish of the lake and the beef fillet). |

Great location on the lake. Wonderful, very large, terrace of our room (#107). Easy to find. Plenty of parking. Nice restaurant. |

I liked how friendly and the family atmosphere. They took time out to make time for us despite the fact they were quite busy I was told that it was loud. It was slightly noisy but certainly not uncomfortable |

We had a room with a balcony facing the lake which was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was quite good. It is a friendly family run hotel. The restaurant is excellent. The hotel is on a busy road, but having said that - many of the hotels in the area are on the same main road. It can be very noisy at times. |

Excellent restaurant with reasonable prices; great location on the lake, near the ferry and close to Bellagio and Varenna (via ferry). Management was friendly and helpful, the waiters were similarly friendly and all were hustling. Excellent value all arounhd. |

Very clean, comfortable rooms, free internet - I stayed in a single, which is fine, but go for a double room in order to have a balcony with a view to the lake. Excellent value hotel. While the food is excellent, the service at the restaurant is poor. I literally had to chase down the waiter every time I needed something; it was a Saturday evening though and the place was crowded. |
