While the appartment is in the new city of Florence, it is a easy bus ride into the city center. Cost 1.2 euros and 20 minutes to get to the city center. |

Very courteous staff, very clean, parking space, air conditioning, kitchen, supermarket nearby, short bus ride to old city unattractive neighbourhood, unfrequent bus schedule back from old city in the evening |

I like the fact that it is very spacious is good to have this much space when you have a baby who is still crawling. My son loves the wooden ceiling to (he is 6 years old). The kitchen is lovely and well equipped. The shower needs to be a little bit bigger. When hotel mentioned about breakfast included, they mean 4 plastic croissant wrapped, a little cups of nutela and coffee sugar already in the kitchen no buffet at all.We arrived on Sunday. No one open the gate for almost 1 1/2 hours until we call from nearby gas station and one gentleman came and open the door. |

Friendly, welcoming staff. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. The air-conditioning worked (and was quiet!). Lovely en suite bathroom with a good shower. Adequate kitchen for when we felt like eating in. The only downside was that we were in a front apartment so that the traffic noise kept us awake at night. |

i love the place because its an apartment ! and after some days staying at hotels rooms, me and my husband loved to have space feeling like at home! Beside that the Lucreziahas a place to park the car and this was important,in Firenze the parking it's difficult and expensive, and the hotel its very close to the city ( you take one bus to get in 10 minutes at the Duomo in Firenze). The breakfast was very poor.But because you have a kitchen with all you need to arrange a breakfast, if they improve the groceries in the fridge, it will be great! |

I felt like i arrived to home because it was really a home nor than a hotel. There was no sign on the building that proves it is a hotel, i had to ask to a flower shop to learn where i will stay.In the ring it was written that it a dentist!!! Maybe because of the taxes for a hotel is expensive in Firenze!! And i could not get a reciept from Hotel. Please hang a sign that shows the building is a hotel. |

appartement bien équipé et entièrement neuf très agréable pour un séjour de courte durée en famille. Nous avons été bien accueillis à notre arrivée. La possibilité de garer la voiture dans un parking fermé et sans supplément est appréciable. l'appartement est prévu pour 5 mais le 5ème couchage est un lit pliant qu'il a fallu installer ... dans la cuisine car pas assez de place dans le salon. Le petit déjeuner manque de céréales pour les enfants ( puisque c'est un logement familial). |

Best wel ruim appartement voor 2 personen Parkeren is een ramp, als je met de auto weg wilt moet je eerst de auto's van andere gasten verplaatsen. Incl. Ontbijt? dit kun je niet zo noemen, een paar geroosterde broodjes in plastic verpakt en een pak melk. |

gli appartamenti sono molto spaziosi, adatti per due persone che volgliono soggiornare in comodità. è fornito quasi di tutto. dista poco meno di 2 km dal centro storico. ci è stato molto utile portare via due biciclette per girare la città. |

Stijlvol ingerichte villa met ruime kamers, goede bedden en stille airco. Bushalte (bus naar centrum), broodjeszaak en markt op 100 meter. Vriendelijk personeel. De vooraf gereserveerde parkeerplaats was al vergeven aan andere klanten op basis van "first come first serve". We konden wel gratis voor de deur parkeren (openbaar). |

solution appartement idéale avec des enfants; nombreux accessoires prévus pour cuisine (dont serviettes de table, torchons...); sur la place devant, marché certains jours. Assez luxueux, et excellente literie pour le lit principal le 2ème jour était un lundi (après un dimanche): rien ne nous a été donné pour le petit déjeuner alors que c'était prévu. De toute facon petit déj leger et longue conservationAttention: place bruyante avec circulation (demander sur cour, et plutot au dernier étage...) |

Heel vriendelijk personeel. Zowel het appartement als het gebouw zijn zeer schoon en met hoogwaardige materialen uitgerust. Wireless internet deed niet. Uitparkeren enigsziens omslachtig (je moet eerst 1 a 2 na je geparkeerde auto's zelf uitrijden en weer parkeren om eigen auto uit de carport te krijgen). Ontbijtkeuze enigsziens beperkt. |

Άνετοι καθαροί χώροι, αρκετά καλά οργανώμένη κουζίνα, φιλικό προσωπικό. Το πάρκιγκ των πελατών καθώς βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό μέρος που δύσκολα βρίσκει κάποιος πάρκιγκ ειδικά αργά τη νύχτα. |
