Well-equipped facilities, especially in the bathing room.

A little far from the train station. It is difficult to find the staff!! No one worked in the reception.

many guests smoked inside of the hotel......... staffs didn't know that.......

Our apartment was very art deco and had a chandelier, a beautiful lamp, lighting and marble. It was a pleasure to come back to at the end of the day. Very close to bus stop and a short walk to a large supermarket. It was good to be able to cook meals instead of eating out all the time. Overall, good value for money.

Internet was problematic. Parking not ideal due to lack of space. You have to leave car keys at reception so cars can be manoeuvred when necessary.

+ Very close to the city centre (only 6-7 minutes with the bus). + Multiple bus stations practically in front of the hotel. + Nice interior. + Very clean. + Friendly manager. + Comfy, if somewhat soft beds.

- No microwave in an apartman with kitchenette. Come on! What the heck?! When asked, the manager gave us the only microwave in the hotel. Kind enough, but one microwave for at least 10-15 apartments...? - If you travel by car, be prepared that Villa Luzrezia only has an extremely small courtyard used as a "parking pool". The cars are practically stacked up, the rear ones blocking the entrance. This also means that you MUST surrender your carkeys to the manager, who then moves the the cars at will if necessary. (We didn't have any problems but still, this is somewhat shocking, and nowhere stated...) - Virtually no shelves, tables to put yours things on. - Wifi connection is in fact nonexistent on the 2nd floor. Signal strength OK at the reception.

Excellent location to visit Florence. Very well equipped. Friendly staff.

Central to the city, accessible via local bus service. Very comfortable and good facilities. Would recommend.

Nothing to complain about.

Situation is perfect (7min. From city centre, bus stop very close to the hôtel). The rooms are very well renovated and extremely clean.

Beautiful and luxurious rooms with kitchens and individually decorated. Very attentive and helpful staff. Free WiFi. Near airport and taxi stand is just outside, so good location if flying out of flr.

I was e xtremely disappointed as the description was: "The elegant apartment has antique furniture an orthopaedic bed and a fully equipped kitchenette. There was no kitchenetter at all, only a room with the bed in and a shower room. Therefore we had to have all our meals out at great expense. This certainly was not an apartment. The sign to indicate the property was so difficult to see from the road; thank goodness we arrived in daylight.

The room was clean, and the staff let us use the washer to launder our clothes. We also liked having the kitchen.

When we arrived the hotel looked great, but ended up terribly. During our stay guests in the hotel were noisy til 5 am, but the worst thing about the hotel was the bugs. We stayed for 5 days and we had the windows open for maybe 20 minutes the first day. Nights 4 and 5 my wife and I could literally not sleep because of the mosquitoes buzzing in our ears. I woke up on the last night and my wife had put her head under the covers and had two socks covering her ears with a headband holding them in place. When I told the staff the woman just said, "we have screens and we try to kill them, what else do you want me to do?" This hotel looks nice, but ultimately it was simply awful, and overpriced and in a location that is not close to anything you would want to see in Florence.

Very Clean

- No dedicated reception - Walls are not sound proof. There was lot of noise in the night and it was difficult to sleep - Person at reception did not know about what is good in the city - If you want to taxi to the station it will cost you 15 EUR one way

It was clean and spacious and a great value.

It was sometimes difficult to track down the manager when I had a question or need.

Tenia cocina equipada Las dos habitaciones eran amplias y luminosas. Parada de bus cerca de la casa que te deja enel centro (numero 17). Parada de taxi al lado de la casa. Agua caliente y presión correcta en el baño. Calefaccion funcionaba bien

Era dificil ubicar a los que estaban a cargo, nunca estaban en recepcion. Se supone que viven en la casa de al lado. El dia del check out, aunque era a las 12hrs, nos abrieron la ventana mientras desayunabamos para preguntarnos a que hora nos ibamos que necesitaban la habitacion... El praking es pequeñito y tienes que dejar las llaves de coche par que ellos vayan moviendo los coches a meddia que llega la gente

Nous avons appréciez la situation, le cadre, le confort., La propreté.

L'équipement de la cuisine est limite. La chambre est prévu pour 5 et les petits enfants ne compte pas; mais il n'y a que 5 bols, que 5 fourchettes, un peu limite lorsque l'on à un petit en plus.

Su ubicación es muy buena a 5 min en coche del centro

No hay servicios como limpieza de habitaciones o un desayuno en el hotel, se hechan en falta

in tre giorni di soggiorno non hanno mai fatto le pulizie come di solito viene fatto in altri appartamenti vacanze, per quella cifra il servizio pulizia (anche minimo) dovrebbe essere compreso.

Etablissement très chaleureux avec tout le confort souhaité.

сравнительно недалеко (5-6 остановок на автобусе) до исторического центра города, большая площадь номера-все плюсы , остальное все негатив.

сложно найти отель, никакой заметной вывески нет, менеджер отеля-очень подозрительный китаец, продержал 10 минут у закрытой двери, трижды проверяя бронирование. На парковку можно заехать с грубым нарушением правил-под "кирпич" и движением навстречу потоку. Парковка-очень маленький дворик на 6-7 машин. Никакой антикварной мебели нет и ортопедического матраса тоже. В номере очень душно из-за полного отсутствия вентиляции, в сан. узле и во всем номере нет вешалки и ни единого крючка-некуда повесить даже полотенце. Из туалетных принадлежностей-рулон дешевой туалетной бумаги. СВЧ нет, интернет отсутствует в любом виде. Душевая кабина-только боком, не поднимая рук и не нагибаясь. Есть 15 эл.розеток!!! Очень не советую останавливаться даже на 1 ночь.

Потрясающий незабываемый интерьер, изысканные номера со старинной и под старину мебелью, у нас были 2-этажные апартаменты. Так понравился номер, что продолжили пребывание еще на день. В номере посуда, кофе, чай, сахар. Приветливый персонал, отличная система безопасности, не дорогая парковка во дворике.
