Beautiful boutique type hotel. Very modern with clean lines. Staff very friendly with very good language skills. Spacious bedroom with excellent facilities. Pool area was quite small for the number of guests. Regularly no sun loungers available.

Very new and nice hotel. Staff is great and helpfull and you have all the comfort you need. Breakfast is very good and international. Nice pool and rooms are new and clean. We will go back for sure!

Excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, spacious bathroom, comfortable beds. The hotel has beautiful scenery and is located in a nice village, altough there was no appropriate restaurant open near (maybe because February is out of season). Floor in the room was rather cold, therefor a rug in front of the bed would be nice. The ventilator in bathroom is too noisy.

We enjoyed our stay immensely, a smart new hotel with clean large rooms. Good mountain views and lake glimpses. Very friendly staff rounded off a very enjoyable stay. Only difficulty we had was finding the hotel. A good map and clear address that a sat nav understands on the website is a must.

Arrivare e trovare una receptionist che sorride...dare un'occhiata in giro e vedere solo mobili contemporanei e pulizia...salire in camera e ritrovare il bagno di casa, profumato e pulito...aprire le finestre e vedere il lago...dormire su un letto immacolato ed impeccabile...fare una colazione ricca e di qualità! Ecco cos'è Villa Luisa...Torneremo prestissimo!Elisa e Roberto Salezze.

Premesso che la scelta di questo hotel presuppone la disponibiltá di un mezzo proprio, l'hotel ha risposto pienamente alle ns. aspettative.Tranquillitá, confort, pulizia sono al top. La colazione pur essendo soddisfacente é un gradino sotto il giudizio eccellente dell'hotel.

Gute und ruhige Lage, sehr aufmerksames Personal, Zimmer haben schönen Ausblick, king-size-betten grosser Pluspunkt, Indoor Wellness fehlt noch, Pool etwas klein, Bar bzw. Service am Pool fehlt, insgesamt aber zu empfehlen Wellness Bereich indoor für die kältere Jahreszeit

L'Albero sembrava bello dal sito ma dal vivo era ancora meglio. Nuovo, pulito e confortevole. Il personale dell'albero erano veramente simpatici, disponibili e molto efficienti. Abbiamo colto un'offerta ma ci torneremo anche se ci costa di più. Merita.

Hotel neuf moderne design et au calme à 2 km de Salo Restauration chère et pas très bonne , notamment les lasagnes. Femmes de service qui nous ont réveillé dès 7h30 du matin en faisant du bruit et en parlant dans les chambres d 'à côté.

ottima la posizione e il contesto. l'albergo è nuovo e di design, molto curato e pulito. la colazione è sia continentale sia all'americana. unico neo: il kit bagno (saponette e bagnoschiuma) non è mai stato rifornito se non dietro richiesta, mettendoci così nella situazione antipatica di dover domandare al personale di servizio la sostituzione.

Mi sono molto divertito soprattutto per la piscina con idromassaggio anche se non ho ancora capito perche I slip+anello argento hanno cambiato colore.Anche se però è stato interessante perchè ci hanno anche servito il cocktail a bordo vasca ! Complessivamente si è speso pochissimo!!!!!!!! La colazione ottima , cena non so lò cenato fuori ad un ottimo ristorante sul lago consigliato dal hotel! Giudizio finale : ve lo consiglio!Anche molto gentili

Das Gefühl in diesem neuen Hotel - die Ausstattung - das Bett - die Zimmer - alles gut ausgestattet! Die bequemte Art des kellners an der Bar - keine Möglichkeit ausserhalb der Hauptsaison andere Speisen zu bekommen - nur das gesamte Abendmenüe war möglich - hier fehlt es am Zugang zu den Gästen - bei einem 4* Hotel muss das möglich sein !
