It is good new hotel. Brekfast was very reach and tasty. Nice comfortable room, but terace was in front of room like in . It is very clean. Hotel has wellnes and spa, but is additional (extra) charge, abaout 30 € per hour. It is far awey from centar, about 20 min by car

Beautiful boutique type hotel. Very modern with clean lines. Staff very friendly with very good language skills. Spacious bedroom with excellent facilities. Pool area was quite small for the number of guests. Regularly no sun loungers available.

Very new and nice hotel. Staff is great and helpfull and you have all the comfort you need. Breakfast is very good and international. Nice pool and rooms are new and clean. We will go back for sure!

Chambre très calme, et propre. Hôtel neuf et bien entretenu. Petit déjeuner, sans intérêt. Wifi payant et qui ne fonctionne pas. Pas de chaine Française, cela est dommage.

Hotel molto curato, pulito e personale cordiale. Arredamento moderno, camere molto confortevoli, pulite e moderne. Centro benessere e Spa da consigliare. Da provare un massaggio presso il Centro Benessere dove è presente un personale competente e molto gentile. Ci ritornerò.

Super vriendelijk personeel in het restaurant, aan de balie maar zeker in de wellness. Het hotel is schitterend gelegen met prachtig zicht op het meer. Je kan er echt tot rust komen. Voor ons was het echt genieten! Een absolute aanrader voor wie van rust en heerlijk relaxen houdt!

La struttura merita un bel 10...curata..nuova..pulita.. Un ringraziamento particolare alla responsabile del Centro Benessere (sa fare davvero bene il suo lavoro) e al personale del Ricevimento. Il parcheggio custodito incluso nel prezzo, la colazione abbondante e il centro benessere di nuova generazione e pronto ad accogliere le richieste anche dei più esigenti fanno dell'Hotel Villa Luisa una perfetta risposta a chi vuole fuggire anche solo per un giorno alla frenesia della vita quotidiana e rilassarsi. Non ho nessun appunto negativo da fare..ci tornerò e lo consiglierò sicuramente!

Struttura fantastica sia x lo stile e sia x la posizione dove è situata le camere sono molto ampie e hanno tutti i confort di qui si può aver bisogno ottimo il panorama con vista lago e massima tranquillità x chi cerca un po di relax.Il personale molto professionale e cortese e disponibile a soddisfare ogni esigenza anche personale non riguardante la struttura. Il ristorante ottimo e tutti i servizi offerti sono di gran lunga superiori alla media...

La pulizia della camera e del bagno e la gentilezza dello staff della reception e del bar. La vista lago dalla camera era molto molto parziale, lago intravisto! Eccessiva temperatura nelle camera, 26°! abbiamo dovuto tenere le finestre spalancate per ore. Alle 9.10 il buffett della colazione era desolatamente carente e parte del personale addetto alla colazione molto gentile ma poco preparato. Infine per un guasto abbiamo dovuto fare la doccia quasi fredda. Inconveniente risolto quando stavamo pagando.

Schöne, grosse moderne Zimmer Frühstück ist absolut keinem 4 Sterne Hotel angemessen. Produkte, wie Schinken von minderer Qualität. Ostersonntag kaum Brötchen oder Brot.

Mi sono molto divertito soprattutto per la piscina con idromassaggio anche se non ho ancora capito perche I slip+anello argento hanno cambiato colore.Anche se però è stato interessante perchè ci hanno anche servito il cocktail a bordo vasca ! Complessivamente si è speso pochissimo!!!!!!!! La colazione ottima , cena non so lò cenato fuori ad un ottimo ristorante sul lago consigliato dal hotel! Giudizio finale : ve lo consiglio!Anche molto gentili

Das Gefühl in diesem neuen Hotel - die Ausstattung - das Bett - die Zimmer - alles gut ausgestattet! Die bequemte Art des kellners an der Bar - keine Möglichkeit ausserhalb der Hauptsaison andere Speisen zu bekommen - nur das gesamte Abendmenüe war möglich - hier fehlt es am Zugang zu den Gästen - bei einem 4* Hotel muss das möglich sein !

Pulito, ma senza auto saresti perso Siamo rimasti scioccati che I nostri cani hanno pagato di piu' di noi. 3 gg noi 267 loro 90 Eur costerebbe meno metterli in pensione dove ricevono anche da mangiare premetto che uscivano dalla macchina ed entravano in camera. Non disturbano, non fanno danni e sono estremamente puliti! !!!!
