Close to the airport. Free shuttle from and to the airport. Nice building. Fair room price. Expensive restaurant, easy to double room price with one person dinner (including wine). |

Offered complimentary transfers from/to airport. This made it very convenient to go back to the airport to take the Express Train into Milan's central location for touring & then return back to the hotel via train & complimentary shuttle. Very nice!. |

It was very close to the airport. The front desk also recommended a very nice day trip for us. The bed was very uncomfortable - like a board - and the computer did not work. Appears that they have put up firewalls and no sites could be accessed. Couldn't even print a boarding pass. |

The convenience of the hotel to Milan's Malpensa airport is outstanding. The quality of their restaurant is top notch. The hotel staff was very helpful and quite pleasant. The hotel rating would move in my opinion from very good to outstanding if the windows soundproofing was improved. |

Loved the location - felt like we were miles from the airport staying in someone's private villa rather than so close. Loved surrounding trees and, indeed, whole estate. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Colour scheme in hotel was warm and welcoming. Also liked the suit of armour in the hall! In the restaurant no drinks menu was available and when we asked for one the waiter suggested we pick it up ourselves from the bar. When we asked him to fetch it for us he seemed surprised that we would want to see a drinks menu with prices at all, and he fetched it reluctantly. My partner's dinner came up in 2 separate parts, meaning that by the time the vegetables had arrived his meat was stone cold. Also, by the time my partner had finally been served I had finished my dinner and was looking forward to my dessert! I could have counted on one hand the number of guests at the time so it was not clear where the problem lay. |

This is not your typical airport hotel. Rather, it is a special and unique way to enjoy Italy for at least one more time before having to leave the country. |

Proximity to airport, quiet, great staff. Great breakfast! I have stayed there several times and like it very much. No choice of where to go to eat. It must be there and is expensive. Hard to get the shuttle bus when it's not during their bus scheduled hours. |

Everything was made easy, including the ride from and to the airport. The bed was quite hard and I only had one rather flat pillow. A double bed should at least have 2 pillows. While the dining room was lovely and the service excellent, I found the price too high for what I got for dinner...the cold, salmon entre was 17.5 euros. |

The hotel is convenient for Malpensa airport and is generally quiet and relaxing. Being a restored Villa it offers a touch of luxury and considering its proximity to the airport is remarkable quiet and tranquil. Food is excellent and the wine list is an experience on its own. ! |

Lovely peaceful setting, very close to airport. Atmospheric, lovely pool, quirky. Limited choice for eating and nothing else nearby. But food and service pleasant. |

Location is perfect, near Malpensa airport. Besides that it has a typical Italian quality atmosphere that is much better than other airport hotels. |

WiFi available for very reasonable cost (almost rediculous that they make you pay the 1 euro per hour for it). Everyone was very easy to talk to and the bartender is very generous with his poors. |

We enjoyed the majestic building "Grand Villa" and its extensive grounds. The restaurant and bar were great and all so reasonably priced and handy to the airport without the noise. All good |

From the moment we rang from the airport to the time we were left back by your bus, the staff could not have been more helpful. The site of the hotel in the open countryside but so close to the airport make it one of the best and most beautiful places I've ever transited through. Also having such a good restaurant make a superior place to "wind down" in. |

the hotel is very close to Malpensa airport, The shuttle service is very usefull. as one can save a day on the car rental. 1. the hotel Staff are cold and detached. The breakfast was average and 2 .the buffet had a poor selection 3. Dinner was good but very Pricy! I had better dinners for half the price. |
