夜の遅い到着便の為、空港に近いという理由でこのホテルを選びました。夜９時すぎのミュンヘンを出発予定便が、さらに４０分も遅れた為、ミュンヘン空港から、遅くなる旨を連絡入れて、タクシーで行くと言ったら、シャトルバスで迎えに行くから、空港に着いたら電話を欲しいとの事。夜、１１時近くにマルペンサ空港に着いて電話を入れたら、すぐに迎えに来てくれました。空港の近くなのにとても静かで、朝は鳥の鳴き声が窓をあけると聞こえます。ホテル自体も部屋もとても素敵で写真に収めました。もちろん、朝食も豪華で美味しいです。翌朝は、マルペンサ空港まで送ってもらって、バスでミラノへ向かいました。価値のあるホテルだと思います。 |

WiFi available for very reasonable cost (almost rediculous that they make you pay the 1 euro per hour for it). Everyone was very easy to talk to and the bartender is very generous with his poors. |

We enjoyed the majestic building "Grand Villa" and its extensive grounds. The restaurant and bar were great and all so reasonably priced and handy to the airport without the noise. All good |

From the moment we rang from the airport to the time we were left back by your bus, the staff could not have been more helpful. The site of the hotel in the open countryside but so close to the airport make it one of the best and most beautiful places I've ever transited through. Also having such a good restaurant make a superior place to "wind down" in. |

the hotel is very close to Malpensa airport, The shuttle service is very usefull. as one can save a day on the car rental. 1. the hotel Staff are cold and detached.The breakfast was average and 2 .the buffet had a poor selection 3. Dinner was good but very Pricy! I had better dinners for half the price. |

Easy if you want to take a flight in the airport Malpensa. Schuttle service and breakfast according to your flight. Nice team The room is really very small and smells smoke strongly. The standard doesn´t really match 4 stars. In the night it was very aloud. The service people knocked the door in the neighbourhood and spoke loudly . It was at 24:00 in the night the first time, then 01:00 and 2:30 in the morning. |

The range of food was expensive for people travelling on expenses. The hotel should offer alternatives that are simpler and cheaper for the traveller rather than catering for tourists. |

I mean all the staff was friendly and so helpful. One of them went with me to get gas for my rental car. They could not have been nicer. The whole hotel was a picture of luxury. When you drove up to it you thought you were coming to your villa. Inside was just lovely. The food was excellent, almost the best food we had had on our trip. Nothing wrong about the hotel, just wished it was walking distance to a small town, but this was the last day of our stay in Italy before catching a flight so were tired and didn't mind just relaxing. |
