Maybe it was caused by the season of our visits [the middle of Septembers] but this was a place of total quiet and silence
Perhaps it was mistake done by rather booking.com than the hotel, however, the staff saw the printed confirmation of our reservation where absence of breakfast was indicated but he did not explain the mistake and we had to prepare breakfasts in our room having no kitchenware.
Was there in the end of September with my wife. Very nice and clean hotel for the right price. Convenient location, near underground and funicular. Very friendly staff which is ready to help in any question. If you are looking for not expensive but good hotel, Villa Margherita will be a right choice.
Hotel is situated in very good part of Napoli : views on the sea , beautiful , clean houses along the streets , wonderful plants in the gardens near the houses. . Underground train station is 7 min by foot from the hotel . Staff is very helpful . Breakfast is served on terrace with very good view on sorrouding area and the sea . When weather is good , Capri is visible from the terrace .
Breakfast is poor . No ham , no cheese , no tomatoes.
great Location Value for money Slendid view over Naples from a hill with nice architecture
Slendid view over Naples from a hill with nice architecture. Close to a subway line. At walking distance from shopping area and seaside.
We booked 2 rooms for my parents and us Raffaello the owner made sure that we are comfortable and was really arranging. He and his team made our stay in Naples unforgettable. The villa by itself is in one of the most beautiful areas in Naples We couldn't imagine passing our stay differently, the breakfast was too generous and tips for the city were great.
It was impeccable!!!!
In a safe and quiet environment and within a walking distance from shops and some of the places of interest. Staff very kind and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and one out of the 3 we booked ,was quite big with a view. Good breakfast but a bit short for tea or coffee. Cable train and metro not too far away. They kept our luggage safely all day before our flight in the evening. We will recommend this place for a stay to visit Naples.
A bit noisy when other people talked in the corridor.
room has a view to the coast; overlook the balcony of dinning room
The rooms were large and clean. The location is within walking distance to the metro to get around town.
We had to leave early and tried to check out without the main receptionist being there and the staff who were there did not speak English so it was quite difficult - if you need to leave early, organise check out the night before.
No one from the staff knew a single english word. The bathrooms were filthy. The wifi didn't work.
Offered good value. Close to reasonably priced good Trattoria/Pizzeria Margherita. Close to Metro and funicular to Vomero. Offered good private transport service to train station.
We liked the kind and friendly atmosphere. Only italian but no problem. Went seitseeing an entire day arranged by the manager - a great day - value for Money. Our kinds were upgrated to a larger suite without extra charge. Charlotte Holte, Denmark
Room, service, sea view, excellent coffee
Not too much. It was our least favourite place during our whole stay in Naples and Amalfi Coast.
The photos were deceiving. The room was not very clean. There were dirty clothes from the last people who stayed. The bed was old and rickety and the sheets were not very nice. The whole place needs to be refurbished. The bathroom didn't have a window and smelt. It was on top of a hill so a pain to get too.
Very nice hotel - situated in Vomero area. From our room - with two terarraces - we had a beautiful view to the Naples Bay and the Isle of Capri. All the staff was very nice - Mr. Salvatore, the waiter at the breakfast table - we just loved him.
Nothing to worry about - we will stay at this hotel again with pleasure.
The location, the big room
The breakfast: just one knife for 3 people, nothing to eat after 9 am...
Beautiful quarter, great location, easy access to all parts of Napoli.
staff was very helpful
Good location with nice view. Large and clean rooms. Nice staff.
Wi-Fi only worked sporadically.
Mood - Atmosphere - Friendly Staff (Owners) - Prompt Availability to solve issues - giving advices
If the check in is by calling a mobile phone - Customer Service will be deeply damaged
The views, good breakfast, charming place.
Small friendly hotel with nice large rooms and helpful staff
Dirty run down streets/City
Staff friendly and helpful. Location was quiet.
Internet wasn't available in our room. Bed wasn't so comfortable. No local facilities easily on hand.
