O gerente foi bastante atencioso e atendeu a minha demanda de ter um quarto com vista para o mar.

Fica no alto de uma ladeira, então o acesso para quem está utilizando transporte público e com bagagem é um pouco com,plicado.

Apenas a simpatia da moça responsável pelo café da manhã. Only the friendly lady in charge of breakfast.

Certamente há outros hotéis nessa faixa de preço melhores em Napoles. Uma ladeira extensa e cansativa separa o hotel da estação de metrô mais próxima. As camas fazem barulho. Não trocaram toalhas nem roupas de cama em 4 dias. Um absurdo. O café da manhã é ruim. Ninguém varre o chão do hotel, que é cheio de poeira. Longe de tudo. Não recomendo este hotel. Certainly there are other hotels in this price range best in Naples. An extensive and grueling hill separates the hotel from the nearest subway station. The beds make noise. There exchanged towels or bedding in 4 days. An absurd. The breakfast is bad. Nobody sweeps the floor of the hotel which is full of dust. Far from it. Can not recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel, easy accessible to city center & train station by metro & funicular.

I liked the location, even if you have to drag luggage up from the underground station, and the view of Capri island from the window of my room. Staff is nice and helpful.

lovely place to stay and within walking distance to beautiful harbour lots of things to see there. Stayed one night and would have been happy to stay longer. Breakfast was good and lovely balcony view.

Bit of a walk from the station if u have lots of luggage as its uphill.

Cool, clean rooms with air conditioning and nice view - traditional building - great breakfast served on attractive balcony. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Mainly outside the control of the hotel but the street needs a clean up, garbage removed and some repairs done.

The shower had mold, the bed was very uncomfortable. Also the breakfast was disappointing a there was not much offered.

Breakfast was very good and young lady who served was very attentive. Owner was very friendly but spoke little English, so not very good if you had any questions about travel etc. There were plenty of free maps available in the hotel. The Funicula is quite nearby, taking you up to Vomero where there are lots of shops, restaurants and the Metro. If you walk down the Rd from the hotel you come to another metro station which takes you to Dante (good for historic centre of Naples). Evening meals good for 15 euros and is pleasant on the roof garden.

Good value for the price. Helpful and pleasant staff. Bed was comfortable. Ac worked well. Was quiet.

Bathroom needed to be cleaned better. Very limited choice of restaurants in the area. After reviewing Google earth maps and photos I chose this location for its proximity to the Metro. Unfortunately, Google Earth maps show the hotel beside the Metro while it is the elevation makes it impossible to access the Metro without a 10 minute walk down the hill or up the hill on your return. The funiculare station presented the same thing - while appearing to be across the street from the hotel, you in reality had to walk up and around to get there due to elevation not obvious in Google earth maps.

Good location in a very safe and calm zone, close to Funicolario station to get to Vomero hill for great views and la dolce vita! Great value for money (double room for some 80€/day - and we get apparently upgraded for a nice partial view of Capri) - a nice old fashioned charm hotel. Discreet and kind staff - special thanks to Raffaele, the manager, for his good tips for transportation, food & bars around (such as the football pub Blackwood at 200 m up the road for the European Champions Cup final), great job!

Maybe just a little bit excentrated (15€ taxi from Central station - yet better for the calm environment) - so be prepared to walk uphill (the street is climbing) and not too many restaurants around... But we took the Funicolario, very practical (take it at the upper Vittorio Emmanuelle station, the closest) as running late to midnight/1 am to climb to the nice Vomero with lot of attractions, good trattorias and great views on Capri & Vesuvio from Castel d'Elmo - don't miss this part!

Villa Margherita was surprisingly very nice place to stay. With a good loocation, just few meter from the Funicolare station and also near to Chiaia and Metro station, still one could walk from Piazza Plebiscito to the hotel and was OK. Staff was very friendly, allways willing to help and giving good informations about the city and how to reach other worth-to-see places. Breakfeast was also very nice!

This is a minor, but WI-FI didn't work. But they have a computer that you can use in the lobby. I recommend the owners to fix this WI-FI stuff.

Very pleasant room and helpful staff

Lovely restored villa in nice location, right by the funicular and a metro, close to fabulous shops and restaurants. Do need to do some uphill walking as it is Naples with very steep hills. Had views of Capri from our room. Great facility with nice patio and great breakfast room ( think it is also a restaurant but they were having a private function) Definitely recommend this Villa

We arrived hours before check-in, just to ask if we could leave our luggage for a while until our room would be ready. We were pleasantly surprised to be offered a temporary room to relax and refresh, plus a free (and good) breakfast as well. I have seldom received such a warm welcome in many years of frequent travel. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and professional, the room (#206) was spacious, clean and comfortable with a nice view. It really makes you wonder what is better, a 3 star hotel with great service, or an impersonal 5 star hotel that does as instructed (but nothing more). Highly recommended.

No disappointments. Just be aware that the flip-side of the great view is that the hotel is located up a hill with a narrow footpath (which dogs also seem to favour). So, if you are planning to use public transport with heavy suitcases, it will be a bit of a challenge (but taxi's are quite affordable). Oh, and the trip back up from the shops, restaurants and bars down in Chiaia is a 'sobering' experience, which is actually a good thing bearing in mind the portions of food you get served in Napoli.

Il soggiorno per l'hotel è stato molto piacevole, le camere sono abbastanza ampie, con grandi letti e pulite. Lo staff è molto cordiale e disponibile. Colazione buona, ma non c'è molta scelta, sia di dolce che di salato. Abbiamo provato anche il ristorante per cena e ci siamo trovati molto bene, consiglio I cannelloni con ripieno di mare. E' vero che l'hotel si trova vicino alla fermata della m2 Amedeo, ma è tutta in salita e scomodissima da fare con le valige, consiglio di prendere la funicolare li vicino e scendere alla prima fermata, V. Emanuele, per poi riscendere un pezzetto, molto più comodo.

Nachdem uns das erste Zimmer in Ausstattung und Lage nicht zugesagt hatte, konnten wir ohne Probleme tauschen. Die Funicolare die unter dem Hotel ihren Tunnel hat, hört man fast gar nicht - außerdem fährt sie nur bis 22:00 und manchen Tagen bis 0:30 Uhr - der Schlaf ist daher von dieser Seite gesichert. Kleines übersichtliches Hotel.

Je nachdem wo man wohnt etwas hellhörig, weil die Zimmeraußentüren nicht schallisoliert sind. Das merkt man besonders dann, wenn im unteren Stock das Restaurant in Betrieb ist und der Schall in den Hotelbereich hineinreicht. Tipp: Hier wäre eine Tür sinnvoll, die Restauranbereich (wo das Frühstück statt findet) und Hotelbereichsebene trennt.
