Very good spacious beautiful room, and location, and the swimming pool. Definately value for money. Poor breakfast (no fruits or hot dishes), average restaurant at the hotel + service at the restaurant.

Hotel is situated within walking distance of centre and has nice garden with a swimming pool. The reception and restaurant staff very friendly and helpful.The bedroom on the 2 floor (lift) was comfortable with bar, tv, large bathroom (bath and shower) and airconditioning.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bella villa dell'800 (dall'atmosfera un po' retro) per due giorni: direi che I punti di forza sono il personale (gentilissimo), la posizione (in pieno centro, di fronte allo stabilimento termale), gli ampi spazi (interni ed esterni, considerato anche il vasto giardino), la pulizia impeccabile delle camere ed una colazione varia ed abbondante (ottime le torte "casalinghe"). Davvero apprezzabile la totale tranquillità del luogo. Unica pecca: l'acqua calda! Sembra essere inesistente e, anche lasciato aperto il rubinetto a lungo, si riesce ad ottenere solo acqua tiepida.....

Personeel zeer vriendelijk, attent en behulpzaam. Ontbijt on-italiaans goed Ja het diner was n teleurstelling. Misschien kwam dat omdat ik de enige dinergast was en de kok speciaal voor mij moest terugkomen

I pochi passi che la separano dalle terme con cui è convenzionata per bagni e trattamenti, l'aspetto di una secolare villa con I suoi propri arredi, la pulizia, la tranquillità e l'estrema disponibilità del personale. Di recente nuova gestione, stanno compiendo lavori per offrire alla clientela la propria piscina con idrogetti, sauna e bagno turco. Distanza e tempo di vacanza permettendo, ci tornerò o lo consiglierò senz'altro! Una volta o due I piatti proposti sembravano riscaldati e non cucinati al momento.

La camera...come era stata preparata in veste dell'occasione.. Oltre a cio che avevo chiesto io, anche petali sparsi ovunque. Sono rimasta a bocca aperta!!!! Assolutamente no, forse la colazione un po carente.

Bella villa, spaziosa, giardini molto caratteristico; colazione abbastanza assortita, vicinissimo alle terme Il caffè va fatto con il distributore automatico. La camera classic è piccola, tv piccola, bagno con doccia o vasca senza ante per chiudere. Stanza molto fredda, siamo arrivati e il riscaldamento era spento. Staff cortese, ma non molto pronto a risolvere I problemi

Bagno pulito al 100% ci si poteva anche mangiare in terra. Temperatura costante a 30gradi da quando siamo arrivati a quando siamo andati via. Ho prenotato tramite booking.com al prezzo di 76 euro.Quando arrivo in camera vedo un foglio sulla porta con su scritto che il prezzo della camera in cui mi trovo ( specificata con tanto di numero x ) viene 150.Torno subito alla reception e mi viene spiegato che quelli sono I prezzi massimali di quella camera.Albergo ok apparte questa piccola cavolata che pero mi ha fatto perdere qualche hanno di vita :)

At der kun var 50 M. ned til den offentlige svømmepool med stor udendørs pool - hotellets pool var lukket pga. Køligt vejr. Den store restaurant med kedelig atmosfære + at de ikke havde noget menukort, men blot en håndskrevet seddel som tjeneren læste op fra. Restauranten var dyr I forhold til kvaliteten.

Il personale è stato cortese, ma purtroppo ho trovato la camera fredda, il condizionatore non la riscaldava, alle 6,00 sono stato svegliato da una cimice che volava nella camera e non riuscendo più a dorminre ho pensato di fare un bagno ma l'acqua era appena tiepida e non mi è stato possibile. Dato che ho soggiornato per una sola notte (precisamente dalle 20,00 alle 8,00 del mattino dopo, non ho ritenuto opportuno segnalare queste cose in reception. Probabilmente si tratterà di un caso, ma di fatto è capitato a me.

La posizione della struttura è favorevole alle terme di Casciana. Il personale, sia della reception/staff sia del ristorante è educato e disponibile. La pulizia e gli arredi della camera sono ottimi.
