the lady in the hotel was very rude to us because we couldn't find hotel and she was yelling at us on telephone and check in on reception was unprofessional . waiter in the restaurant was friendly . We were negatively suprised because reviews about stuff were really good . Attic room is for people under 1.50m , and when You book it it says it is not for very tall people. I am 1.80m and I could hardly enter this room . |

This a well run quiet, and guest friendly hotel, with fabulous views from the terrace. Montecatini centre is accessible on foot, however you will need to take a taxi back(7€) to the hotel as it is uphill and at the edge of the town. |

Welcoming, friendly and attentive staff, well furnished and quiet rooms, beautifully situated in the Tuscany hills, delicious varied breakfast, inviting pool, large terrace where you may enjoy a quiet drink in the evening whilst taking in the breathtaking Tuscany scenery. The rooms were beautiful. The location was very picturesque. The breakfast was great. The Front Desk Staff were extremely helpful in guiding us to an exquisite restaruant, and helping with train travel to Florence and Cinque Terra. |

Tip-top price/quality ratio. Generally OK location in Tuscany (in nice city), nice views from balcony. Out from city centre, as they have big private parking area, it's OK to travel with car. Room's (furniture etc) quality was a bit below expectations (also no actual flat screen TV, not that I'd use it). Around the pool it's pretty noisy - busy street with cars passing by is just behind the bushes. So is the construction going on in neighbouring house. Minimum amount of staff can sometimes be working not as fast as you expect. Yet all in all, it's worth 3 stars. |

A charming, attractive refuge. Our room was lovely, and our bathroom was modern and spacious. Best of all, the hotel is extremely well located: within walking distance to the city-shopping centre and the spas and perfect starting point to drive to major Tuscan destinations. Good food available anytime on the panoramic terrace. Staff very professional. Icing on the cake, the wireless internet connection is available within the all premises, pool included. We definately suggest this hotel to everyone. |

terrace view and surroundings beautiful we had a change of plans and despite giving 3 days notice to hotel, were charged for all of the time that we had reserved. I felt that "terms and conditions" we accepted at booking made this very onerous and unfair. |

The Hotel was in a great location for exploring Tuscany, was very clean and quiet. The lack of availability of food in the Hotel was a minor inconvenience as in off season many restaurants close. |

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig, wunderschöne Villa in Parkanlage, sehr gepflegt, gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis. Lage Nähe Montecatini Alto, wo es nette Lokale gibt. Wenig Möglichkeiten sich im Hotel aufzuhalten. Verständigungsmöglichkeit nur in Englisch oder Italienisch. Frühstück war für toskanische Verhältnisse reichlich, allerdings keine Abwechslung, täglich dasselbe. Es waren ganz wenige Gäste im Hotel, wir saßen fast immer alleine im Frühstücksraum, das ist ziemlich öde. |

das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig in einer schönen Umgebung Die Austattung des Hotels hat enttäuscht.Die Matratzen sind extrem hart und ungemütlich.Wir hatten 2 Attic und 1 Standardzimmer gebucht.De Atticzimmer sind bloss fürPersonen unter 1,50m geeignet.Die haben wir dann upgegradet in 2 Superiorooms,die allerdings meiner Meinung nach höchstens Standard waren.Die Einrichtung war die gleiche sie waren nur etwas grösser. |

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, prachtige ligging en verzorgde tuin. Goed verzorgde kamer met een complete nette badkamer. Ruime gratis parkeergelegenheid. Uitstekende prijs kwaliteitsverhouding. Helaas was wifi niet beschikbaar. Er was geen sprake van geluidsoverlast maar het kwam soms gehorig over! Het ontbijtbuffet was prima verzorgd, echter de houdheidsdatum van de roomboter was merkbaar overschreden. Jammer genoeg geen diner mogelijkheden. Dit was vooraf bekend dus geen enkel probleem. |

Sehr schöne Villa in einer schönen Lage. Freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstück. Laut Beschreibung , Zimmer mit LCD TV ist es zwar auch aber ein 15 Zoll Monitor als TV zu bezeichnen ist wohl etwas übertrieben. |
