The location was a good walk to the center of town, but if you ate dinner at the Villa Martha or a nearby pizza restaurant, that was less of a problem. On the other hand, its location was closer to the Col Raiser lift than downtown inns.
The food was fantastic. The breakfast buffet featured delicious pastries, fresh fruit, local meats and cheeses, savory breads, and granola with a variety of add-ons. In addition we were offered eggs cooked to our request and a hot drink such as a freshly made cappucino. In addition, a prise fixe menu was available for dinner and again the food was fantastic. Our host, Matteo, was informative about hiking in the area and veryaccommodating about other requests. The atmosphere was elegant without being ostentatious.
