The hotel is very quiet, great breakfast (from 7am to 10am, if you want more choice get up at 7:30am to 8am, meat, cookies, coffee, natural juices etc), it's even better than the breakfast in much more expensive hotels, very clean, 1.5 km from the university, multiple shops & bus stations nearby. Great value for money (in fact it was VERY cheap comparing to other alternatives)!!! No WiFi (old PC connected to a cable modem, 3 Eur/hour). Rooms somehow small, I would take double for myself next time. Anyway, this is tolerable considering the price of the rooms. Again great value for money. |

The night porter was very helpful, otherwise, leaving! No restaurant, no bar, no help from receptionist (we had an Italian speaker with us), no breakfast for early check out, poor sized bathroom with no bath despite being attached to a big room with 4 beds, no information given about early check out despite asking, (car park was locked), poor location. |

It was clean and served it purpose for sight seeing. It was a sanctuary and I wish I would have known that fully before bring kids. There was 7 of us traveling and I think it was a lot for us to be in the lobby together talking and socializing. |

Locality was good in relation to the place I had to go. It looks like a former christian dormitory; no problem at all, but nice to be informed about it in advance. |

good price, good breakfast, view of Etna may be a good choice for traveller with a car, but not very convenient for foot travelers to get to the train station or city center ; most staff don't understand or speak much english, so even though they seemed willing to help they weren't able to help a lot; no restuarant within walking distance |

very helpful staff, nice atmosphere, we booked a double room but we got a room for 4 people, very quiet area, nice see view ! when going to catania we will come there again ! you have to take a bus for the city center- the station is just few steps from the hotel. it didnt bother me (instead of my girlfriend) : in almost each room there are hanging several christian pictures, sometimes you are feeling like in a chapel. |

Price-to-value ratio is by far the highest of all hotles in the area. I was concerned at first that the low price would mean the hotel was dirty or uncomfotable, but in fact the hotel was vary clean and comfortable, and as nice as more expensive options in Catania. Bathroom is too small, and hotel is hard to find. But the price makes up for this. |
