Easy to find location just outside Rome; free parking and easy internet access. Great restaurant (except for breakfast); had 2 terrific dinners. Nice pool area; gelateria on site. Easy check-in and check-out with English speaking staff..

No hooks in the bathroom which had wonderful finishes and appointments. Also no tissue box and no toilet paper holder. Tv did not have English speaking channels and no list of channels provided.

Great location in small town of Frascati but only 30 mins by train from Rome. Wonderful comfortable beds and room well appointed. Bar/cafe a great meeting place for our group, lovely meal and views form the restaurant.

Walls were a bit thin.

Very nice hotel just out of Rome. Free shuttle takes you to the train station to the centre of Rome and they will pick you up when you return. The staff were very helpful and pleasant, a special thanks to the very helpful lady on reception the night we arrived (sorry did not catch your name) and the lovely waiter who served our diner at the restaurant. Restaurant was very nice and value for money as well.

Internet was very slow, but that seems to be all over Italy. Other than that, this hotel is highly recommended.

We flew out the next day and chose this location due to its proximity to Rome Airport. For this its location was excellent. A 45 minute drive the next day. The hotel is modern and functional. The room an adequate size for a night stopover.

The restaurant is exceptionally good, with a distinguished atmosphere, sophisticated cuisine of first rate quality, a very attentive and friendly maitre.

It was a bit chilly the first night, but blankets were immediately provided and then everything went well.

The Hotel is recently refurbished so all the facilities are almost perfect. The staff is polite, competent, friendly and helpful.

A minor point: the rooms tend to be a bit hot, probably the new heating system requires some adjustment

Very high quality hotel considering that it has "only" 3 stars. Room was was clean and comfort, staff was friendly and professional and the restaurant was also quite classy (with excellent 10€ lunch buffet, excluding drinks). We booked a superior room, which was just slightly bigger than standard but had spacious terrace. If you have a car, this hotel is definitely worth it.

Location is a bit put off. We had a rent car so that wasn't a problem, but if you are relying on public transportation, I think this is a no go.

The location, room had good see view, nice terasse or balcony.

The rooms do need some refurbishment, though they are clean and functional, they look old , out of fashion.

The rooms were fantastic, the breakfast selection was OK. The pool's opening hours weren't ideal, but since it rained I could swim outside the hours. The building is very nice, though still undergoing work. It is a bit of a walk up to the town, but this isn't a major problem unless it is raining that hard!

The hotel is good and the city of Frascati nice with fresh climate in the summer , close to Rome and easy for going to the airport

Hotel under renovation but did not interfere with our stay. Very nice hotel with modern furnishings and lovely pool. Will be perfect when completed. We had booked 1 night but stayed 2. Definitely 4-star hotel.

Clean, modern, large room, convenient location (easy to find), free car parking, within walking distance of town centre (about 20minutes), pool and relaxing area. There was building extension work while we were there, but it was not inconvenient, and the hotel should be even better once this is finished.

I liked most the poolside, beacause of service,music and view and room was nice ,spacy and very clean it is good place to stay while visiting Frascati

The reception people were a bit lost in their daily issues at times but always helpful. The restaurant staff and also the pool attendant were very nice. My wife and I were really impressed by the pool attendant who was always cleaning in and around the pool during the hours when the pool could not be used. The hotel is close to Frascati and therefore you will need a car to arrive to central room but if you have a car you need just 9 mins to the closest metro station and another 25 mins of metro to arrive to Piazza Di Spagna.

The pool is small but clean. The hotel is undergoing some refurbishment. In order to arrive to our rooms we had to take the elevator, go up 1 floor, walk along the corridor, take another elevator and then walk to the room. With 2 kids and luggage it is not always comfortable, especially if they asleep in your hands. Some floors are under construction and therefore they sometimes emanate chemical odors. Once finished I am sure the hotel would look nice but not for the time being.
