The hotel was lovely, restaurant food superb and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. We booked 2 nights and ended up only staying 1 night due to the extremely rude attitude of the managr when we complained about the unreasonable music at a party at 12.30. We were told by the manager that the only reason we were making a complaint was because we wanted to get away without paying. No apologies were offered at any time. We were alos concerned that the restaurant where we thought we were having a quiet evening meal was suddenly transformed into a men's evening and a belly dancer entered the room. At no point in the evening were we ever informed that this was going to happen, despite being at one point the only couple in the restaurant. I was the only woman in the restaurant during the whole evening which made the belly dancer experience rather disconcerting. The whole experience was unpleasant due to poor staff and management attitude, when the hotel was actually lovely. We advised the reception staff of our reason for leaving early. |

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was a high standard and very good value for money. Excellent outside area by the pool overlooking Mt Etna and only 25 min drive to the cable car. Other than some cereal, breakfast was limited to packaged breads and biscuits. |

Hotel is new, furniture is new, bedding is very comfortable, great view, nice pool, wonderful A/C, restaurant food is excellent, easy drive to Mt. Etna, free parking onsite. Resturant is only 3 tables in the lobby, staff does not speak much English, no tv channels in English, no hairdryer provided. |

A very nice hotel, superb view, nice food, great for mountain gateaway. Not easy to find in the dark, no elevator. |

The location was great - bit tricky to find and don't be put off by the rather small and dirty lane way - the hotel is like an oasis.Beautiful pool and grounds. Restaurant was very good. Great views across the valley. Really enjoyed our stay - very relaxing. Room was small but adquate - ask for a room with balcony and view of the pool. |

Situation proche de l'Etna, idéale pour aventuriers des volcans ! La direction et le personnel prennent plus de soin pour les participants aux soirées très bruyantes organisées au bord de la piscine jusqu'au petit matin qu'aux clients de l'hôtel ! Il faudrait choisir. Nous avons négocié une réduction de prix pour désagrément nocturne ! |

Die Architektur der Anlage, die Einrichtung der Zimmer, die Nähe zur Auffahrt zum Ätna Am 1. Abend eine Party, am 2. Abend eine Disco mit sehr lauter Musik bis in die Nacht. Beide Male spätabends ein Feuerwerk. In der Folge beide Nächte wenig Schlaf, und das vor bzw. nach einer Ätna-Gipfel-Tour! Wir hatten zwei Nächte gebucht. |

La decoración y la atención del personal del hotel. El hotel es muy nuevo y las instalaciones no están bién reguladas. Se salía el agua de la ducha. No existía el wifi gratis en las habitaciones. Hay mucho ruido cuando hay celebraciones. La ventanas no se podían abrir, estaban rotas. |

De kamer was vies en te klein. Stank uit het doucheputje. Balkon en stoelen op balkon waren de laatste maanden niet meer schoongemaakt. Basiszaken als kluisje en fohn ontbraken. Ze geven zichzelf 4 sterren, maar dit is een 4 sterrenhotel onwaardig. |

Een mooi zwembad. De kamer was vuil. De muren lijken van karton te zijn. Alles kan je horen. Het terras van het restaurant was pover aangekleed met TL verlichting die regelmatig uitvalt. De parking is steeds bezet door bezoekers van het restaurant of feestzaal. Het ontbijt was te beperkt qua keuze. Dit is zeker geen 4 sterren waard. |
