Quiet at night, nice patio. Close to busses and about 20 min to downtown. Nice park with roses nearby. Safe area. 1 horrid staff member who gave very poor service - bad directions and incomplete information that left me stranded downtown at night. She insisted. That I find a bank machine at midnight to pay the bill as their card reader was not working, ans she rudely suggested my credit cards didnt work or maybe i didnt know the pass number. Very rude woman. The initial man on staff was wonderful, but others were clearly annoyed at having to leave the tv. Room to open the door ( the garden is locked). Getting there my metro is not easy - construction and a 20 min. Walk. Busses are better. Breakfast was ok, and the room was tiny but ok too.

Although 25 mins out of the city the 90 bus is a 5 min walk away. Plenty of places to eat within 1-5 min walk. Place is in a quiet area so great to come back to after a mad day in Rome.

very nice hotel with a pleasant garden to relax into after the city centre. There were plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance and the bus stops were quite near. beds a bit firm and ours were on the small size for twin beds.

The neighborhood, although 6km away from the center, was interesting because you see another side of Rome. Close to the hotel there are one bar and one restaurant looking very interesting and famous among the locals. The only thing somebody could like! 45 minutes to get to the city by bus or bus + metro, plus 10 minutes walking to the bus station makes the idea of going back to the hotel during the day impossible. It is true that it was cheaper than others, during the period we arrived at Rome, but not so cheap to justify the total basic facilities, the rather bad breakfast and the difficulty to get to the city.

Good location, with local facilities resteraunts, bars, shops, coffee stops localmarket bakery farmacy and bus stop closeby. Staff were helpful and polite offering advise and local information. Room was good size with excellent clean ensuite facilities. Lifts to all floors. Nice garden with gazebo where you could enjoy a coffe and cigarette. Very secure intecom gate entry and exit. Adequate fresh continental breakfast daily. Coffee and tea is only available from a machine. I would have liked to have fresh milk for the cerial at breakfast instead of the hot milk from the machine.

The staff was really nice and willing to answer all the questions you had with absolute patience. The rooms were really clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fine, I had the best cappuccino ever. I really enjoyed my stay at Villa Maria Rosa Molas and would definitely stay there again. It's not that close to the city center if you don't have a car, but there's the metro and many buses.

Price was lower than most hotels; internet was free; spacious room with good towels; receptionists gave clear instructions how to use public transport options to the center. Doors close at midnight - so no way to enjoy the city in full; Wi-fi did not work in the room; My room was for disabled/elderly persons; Hotel is very far away from the center - had to buy 2 integrated pass (6 euro each), as you have to use public transport to get to the hotel. Metro station 25 minutes walking from the hotel, buses 343 and 344 not too frequent, had to walk to piazza Sempione twice. At the end of the day it takes 1 hour to get to the hotel from the center (waiting, travel + walking) one way. Plaza Sempione area is not pleasant at all in the evening. Room did not have heating or AC, and it was freezing during the night. Also, there was no hot water in the morning (!) - had to take shower with cold water. I'm now ill probably because of that. Breakfast was the most ascetic during my whole 2 week stay in Italy. I wouldn't stay there again.

You can't beat the price. It's clean and in a safe location. I was there on Saturday, and there is a good little market on the street that runs in front of the property.

Very nice and quiet area, very peaceful atmosphere, safe and spacious private parking, very clean, quite spacious rooms, helpful English speaking staff, good breakfasts, very good wi-fi. Not for a night/party people for sure, but otherwise it's a very good place to stay in Rome. A little bit far from the center (abt 15-20 min by bus everyday to the Termini station, where you can start walking around the central part of Rome).

This hotel is in a residential neighborhood, realy quit and peaceful, just perfect after all day in the city. There is a bar and mexican food restaurant just in at the corner of the street, were local have a drink o dinner. Bus station lines 90 to Termini Station and line 60 to Piazza Venecia are just 5 blocks away. Trip to city is only 15 to 20 minutes. WiFi works ok And breakfast is regular italian one, coffe, milk, cereal, pastries. Definitely I will recomend this hotel. Also has private parking if traveling in a car.

Reasonable location. 5 minute walk to the bus and a 25 minute ride to Termini. All manageable. WiFi was fantastic. Private parking was sensational. Staff were terrific and very helpful. The bar on the corner served VERY good wine at a VERY good price! We had a twin room which was a little bit small. We did notice in the brochure that there were twin rooms with two bedside tables and a desk but ours only had one bedside table and a desk so was obviously that little bit smaller. Breakfast amounted to muesli or cornflakes, fruit juice, bread rolls with butter and jams or packaged toastie things or croissanty things, coffee, tea, etc.

It is in a good location as there is the local trade near by, which I wanted to see. Also the hotel is only a small bus ride away from the center of Rome and good value for money. Staff very friendly and I shall recommend the hotel to my family and friends. Thank you very much and hope to see you again. Francis Portelli Malta Cannot think of anyhting that I did not like really, perhaps one can offer a cooked breakfast, if anyone wanted that, or perhaps half board basis.
