A little difficult to find. Sign leading to entrance to Villa Mustafa was covered by rose vines. Otherwise, everything was perfect!
The best host family ever! Paola was a charming and thoughtful host. Lucky us - we were given our choice of rooms because we arrived early! Both rooms were terrific and it was hard to decide. Beautiful views from our spacious room and large bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic. In addition to the usual yogurt, fruit, bread, and jams, it included fresh baked cakes, omelets made from the Villa's chickens, and delicious coffee. Villa Mustafa has an interesting history, having once been the home of Domenico Mustafa, a castrato who sang in and directed the Sistine Choir. It was fun to see the memorabilia from his life still in the house.
