The girl on reception is great - extremely helpful and friendly!!! The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden, rooms are in classic style, good breakfast, close to the park.

A bit off the city center but there is a bus stop (4 min walk)

Lovely old mansion. Not far from city. Rustic charm and character.

You have to pay for parking even though the parking is on the property.

Beautiful place. You feel like a guest of Nardi family. Very good location to see Firenze.

The Villa itself is wonderful!

Well....., the staff ladies....., may be they are the owners, but they don't corespond to this excellent villa!

Being there we felt like we were out of city boundaries although it took around 15 min to get the downtown and 5 min to the garden Boboli. Fresh air, singing birds, lovely window view, friendly staff resulted in positive memories. Suggested to everyone.

We liked the good location in Florence,the room, building. and not to forget the helpfull staf.

Villa Nardi was full of character and we loved it. Our room was spacious and very clean. It is in a beautiful location and an easy 20 minute walk into Firenze via Ponte Vecchio. Breakfast was good. Parking was onsite and secure.

The Villa and it's furnishings were very good. My wife did not want to leave. It was also a short walk to the galleries and museums of Fierenza.

It took a little while for staff to answer our ringing at the gate. However, after that everything was good.

The house is very plush and could be very romantic under other circumstance. The garden is beautiful.

The strict service hours policy - we needed assistance due to an emergency.

Lovely restored villa surrounded by gardens. It's a peaceful place to return to after a day of site seeing. Secure parking, with local bus service close by.

We arrived via motorcycle. Secure parking in beautiful tree shaded private grounds. Entry via electric gate with swipe pass key fob. Villa Nardi is an old fashioned Florentine Villa with the top floor made available as b&B. Very clean, excellent air conditioning. Wonderful Turkish steam room and shower in room 4. Fabulous to come back to after a long day walking round Florence. 25 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio Bridge and the centre of Florence. Also recommend the restaurante il Santo Graal next to entrance to Giardino di Boboli (allow half a day to walk round the gardens) at Via Romana 70r as a great place for evening meal. It is rare to be able to stay in a Villa of this character. The owner made us feel welcome and the staff were frendly and helpful. We took our lunch next to the Duomo at Sasso di Dante, which we strongly recommend. Fantastic food and staff.

Very unique! This is not an hotel, but a 200 years old villa. Friendly , very nice landlord and staff. The room is huge, spotless, antique furniture, specious and up-to-date bath. A good breakfast, though basic (great coffee and pastry). The area is wonderful- in the middle of what seems to be a very high end, luxury neighborhood. Location is also great- about 15 min walk to Pit museum and from there another 10 minutes to all other major points of interest. A bus station is very close to the Villa. We loved it there! Thank you Villa Nardi!

Not for everyone. It is like being a guest in someone's house (but still - it was very unique and I wouldn't trade it with an hotel feeling).

The best thing about Villa Nardi is that it is located close to the city center (about 20 minutes walk) but also in the very nice and quite part of the city with lots of parks and gardens. Villa Nardi has its own garden too. Plus parking was for free which is excellent.

The Vila is wonderful. With car we are 3 minutes away from old town . The bedroom is big and confortable. Nice bathroom, very modern with a turkish bad. The rooms are very clean and quiet . We sleept very well.

The breakfast could be better but the staff in the morning (Paola) tried to do the best . I would like to say thank to Mrs. Nardi for waiting for us in the evening.

We stayed for 2 nights while we stopped in Florence. On the outside this Villa and the gardens are beautiful. It is slightly out of the city centre but a short car ride or walk away. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff was accomodating. Factor in that Florence charges an extra 4 euro's per person per night for city tax which is payable on top of the B&B price.

If you are not a fan of rules you won't enjoy staying here! There are a number of rules that the B&B outlines including not moving the furniture in the rooms, not placing anything on the beds and no eating in the rooms. You are asked to sign to say you agree to these rules and they keep a copy of this. The lighting in the main entrance to the lift and B&B isn't great, especially at night.

Location on the Ultrarno side of Florence in a wooded, parklike neighborhood. Easy walk ten minute walk to Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens-- fifteen minutes to historic center of Florence. Ten minute walk in the other direction takes you to Tuscan hill country roads. Great wi-fi in my room (5).

My room (5) while large and with a nice, modern, relatively large shower, was a little dark.

La casa y los jardines son preciosos, un lugar ideal para volver de conocer Florencia y relajarse, las habitaciones grandes y comodas, los baños nuevos y amplios, tiene todo lo necesario para pasarla bien, la ubicación es buena porque está conectada por colectivos con el centro de Florencia. Nos encanto!!

belle villa dans un quartier agréable et entourée d'un jardin magnifiquement arboré.Chambre spacieuse,bonne literie et sdb avec bain turc.Salle de petit déjeuner pittoresque.

Nous sommes arrivés le dimanche soir et avions payé le parking pour 3 jours(en plus des 3 nuits).Nous souhaitions conserver le parking jusqu'en milieu d'après-midi le mercredi,ce qui nous a été formellement refusé (meme moyennant un supplément) on nous a dit "nous ne sommes pas un parking.Or si l'on compte par tranches de 24h nous l'avions payé. Quant au petit déjeuner s'il se déroule dans un cadre agréable sa composition est minimaliste,seuls produits frais:fromage ,jambon et lait.

La struttura è bella

In pratica è un affittacamere: non è presente mai personale alla reception (che in pratica non esiste); assolutamente non idoneo per soggiorni di lavoro (la colazione è dalle 8,30-9,30).
