Congratulations to Andrea and Paola, they are fantastic
A beautiful old villa, with all the original details and interior, combined with brand new luxury bathrooms.
Great atmosphere, lot of room, well equipped, beautiful building in a charming area, nice breakfast
You have to pay extra for parking in the own garden of the villa
Wonderful location, beautiful garden and breathtaking view from the window. The Hotel greatly fits in the overall climate of Florence.
Nothing, we will definitely come back next year.
Quiet area, nice breakfast, large and elegant bathroom. The staff was kind.
Paper thin walls, we could the elevator moving and people in other rooms.
Staff was extraordinary. Location is truly Tuscan!
The gardens are beautiful and coffee on the patio in the morning is really pleasant.
After booking (without the possibility of cancellation) I was sent a rude email, with parts highlighted in red, stating that I can only check in at specific times. This meant that I had to move my travel plans around causing unnecessary stress on an otherwise relaxing holiday. Additionally, while booking, I had specifically requested a double bed and not two single beds. The first time I was informed that this was not possible was when I arrived at the hotel and was checking-in. The residence itself is beautiful but for some reason you are made to enter from a side door and the reception is in a corner area and seems to be somewhat of an afterthought. Finally the lift is not for the claustrophobic or the faint hearted. It says it should fit two people but a single person already starts to fell significantly confined. In a nutshell this residence has the potential of being a great romantic get away but unfortunately the execution leaves much to be desired.
Proximity to city centre but very quiet area
The beds were very hard and very small for the price we paid, they were as small as children's beds
Excellent location and ambient not far from city center. Skilled and very gentle staff makes the stay a pleasure. The Villa gives an idea about old italian living style, but having modern facilities. Elevator is a piece to remmember. I will return here whenever travel to Firenze. Dan David Ro.
Cleanliness, the surroundings, breakfast seems an improvement compared with previous reviews.
The common comment here that the pretty rooms that drew us to the place are private and accessible to the family only. Roberta must delete these private rooms from Booking.com as it's extremely misleading.
It was a dream. We both felt so happy
We hated leaving it was so good
I like the location no far from Porta Romana e nice villa around with lot of green .
I need to say Breakfast is the Very Poor . Need check out at 10.30 and is too early and check in no late then 19.00 that make a little bit strange
Everything!! This is the place to be.
Very friendly and helpful staff
Noise from other rooms are to hear
Excelent place. Nice bedroom and bathroom. The people at the Villa are very nice. Breakfast is good.
Beautiful family home, 20 minutes walk to centre of Florence. Staff very helpful and pleasant.
Rooms shown are not all a accessible to guests which is fine but they should not be shown on the listing.
Staff very welcoming.Buffet breakfast adequate with great coffee Room spacious and well furnished. Bathroom well appointed.
Limited access to rooms. It would be fair to delete photos of rooms which are for family only.
We like everything .Thanks to Paula for making my husband Cappuccino :) Very Good Breakfast. We love the shower save our time can shower two person at same time. Highly Recommend this place !!!
Everything was just wonderful at Villa Nardi - the room was spotless with a nice view of Florence, the breakfast was fine and the staff was friendly and attentive. Moreover, the huge garden belonging to the hotel makes it really calm. The neighborhood is full of nice villas with gardens, which makes the walk to the city center very pleasant.
The decoration was beautiful and the location of the villa was excellent in a very beautiful and secure area.
Breakfast could be better.
- a wonderful and calm place to stay in Florence; - kind and helpful staff; - charming atmosphere.
Breakfast, staff, big garden, nice place too walk, you get too Firenze main spots in 15 min walking.
Charging 12€ for parking when you park inside the property which is HUGE! And you don't have access too the whole house, some pics are misleading, we payed 100€ per night but the real price was 500€ don't go for that price!!!!
lack variety at breakfast but we can live with it
Villa Nardi is very well located close to Giardino dei Boboli. It is a very nice hotel/Bed & Breakfast with a beautiful garden. They have only 5 rooms and a parking space for the price of Euro 12 per day. Good choice for breakfast. Very nice and large rooms. (Our room was a superior one).
It is not in the centre. At 20/25 minutes walking to Palazzo Vecchio or the Duomo.
