This Villa was wonderful. Beautiful setting with great views. The restaurant was fantastic, the food was amazing! The breakfast buffet was to die for. I will return and would highly recommend this villa to anyone...

Everything was perfect, especially the host. I would recommend the duck in the restaurant and the Nottola wine.

Great athmosphere, stylish, very friendly service and....no Russian tourists (probably due to fact there are no terrible outlets like in Rimini)

Nottola is producing only one type of white wine beside lot's on red wines :-)

Everything was prefect for us, we stayed at many different places during our trip in Itay, Villa Nottola was the best. Very clean and comfort, very helpful staffs.

    Nothing.

A lovely location with beautiful views of the countryside. The rooms were amazingly spacious with tall ceilings and massive beams. The manager was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our visit to Montepulciano.

Sadly the restaurant was closed the day we arrived.

Alfredo, the property manager was extremely helpful and an awesome host. The views from the place are incredible. A great way to get a feel of real Tuscan accommodation. Would go back there anytime. Excellent wines.

    Nothing.

    Excellent location for touring; great "host" in Alfredo; comfortable pool area with good-sized pool; on-site independent restaurant run by Christiano serving range of local dishes and wines - all very good; visit to winery recommended; breakfasts good;

Would be good to have wifi in all rooms/suites; being English we would have liked tea-making facilities in room (though Alfredo was most kind at providing hot water!); breakfasts limited times (8:30 - 10) so not ideal for getting an early start for touring around (but good for getting a lie in!)

We had the best experience in Tuscany! Very friendly staff, excellent food at the restaurant (the best) and the view from the vineyards was stunning! We strongly recommend!

The room is simple. But not a problem at all.

    Restaurant is amazing

The rooms are close to the road and you can hear the cars driving by not an ideal scenario when you are trying to sleep after a long day

Alfredo is THE GUY! Always ready to help guest in whatever they should need. The property is interesting and worth staying longer if it is possible.

Host Alfredo is a gregarious fellow who makes his guests feel special. Be sure to do a wine tasting and wine tour. The wines and olive oil are excellent and he makes it a very fun experience. We arrived on a cold, dreary day and were thankful for the efficient heater and the comfortable accommodation. The breakfast is excellent. The Villa is convenient to many towns for memorable day trips. The restaurant next door is excellent.

Lpocation to the towns we visited in the area

NO WI-FI !!!!!.. and when asked the Hotel Management for a print-out of the train schedule, because they had access to the internet, we were told to go to the train station to find the train schedule... VERY POOR response, no help.. the rooms were very noisey as well.. from street car noise to hearing people in the next room, because the walls were so thin..

Excellent Italian countryside property very close to montepulciano. Very welcoming staff. Great pool. The room was spacious with many country home features. The bathroom was huge. Very clean. The breakfast was good with a lot of choice and homemade cakes. The onsite restaurant served excellent quality local specialities.
